The staff were so very helpful for our late arrival and last minute booking. They left a lovely Christmas gift in the room. So clean and well maintained, quiet even though close to the road. A great place to stay!

I stayed in the river-facing room and really enjoyed my stay. The balcony offered beautiful river views, the manager was warm and welcoming, and the location made it easy to find great food nearby. Would definitely stay again!

The room was basic and very clean. Room was well equipped with refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, crockery, silverware (not plastic) ironing board, iron, etc. 2 bottles of water and milk were replenished every day. Two packets of tasty biscuits (aka cookies) were also replenished every day. The in room Continental breakfast was simple and good quality. Owner was very visible during my stay and was friendly and helpful. cleaning staff friendly and kept the room clean and tidy

Birches B&B is exceptional. Everything was beautiful; our bed was so comfortable plus we had our own little adjoining lounge with tv and ensuite, so private. Ken and Mark are wonderful hosts and they provided not only amazing accommodation but also a delicious cooked breakfast with incredible coffee. They are friendly, helpful and generous hosts. We were so lucky that they had a vacancy and were able to experience their beautiful accommodation in Taree. Absolutely 5 stars from us.
