We stayed in this apartment for 2 days because it was very close to the airport — just 10 minutes by walk, 20 minutes by bus to the city center, and a 5-minutes walk to large supermarkets.
We just needed a place to rest, recharge, and pick up a car for the next leg of our journey.
Great location, great host, the appartments are large with the balcony, in excellent condition, well-equipped, everything is new — and getting better and better every day.

Friendy staff everywhere. Beautiful view of the close by mountains. Lukavica is on the edge of Sarajevo near the airport and is a predominantly Serbian occupied area. It has been totally rebuilt and is clean and modern.Signs are in Cyrillic. Friendly service everywhere. Large choice of restaurants, bars and cafe's

Lukavica, or rather east-Sarajevo is the best place to be in Sarajevo. Quiet neighborhood, honest people, no tourist traps, exchanging money without dishonest rates and paying the same price as the locals in restaurants and cafe's. View is beautiful and Lukavica (east-Sarajevo) is simply underrated. In stead of tourist traps people are friendly and honest. And the airport is in walking distance! Forest, mountains. Really beautiful view and ski-resorts nearby for in the winter. Espresso is 1,5 KM, a full healthy meal with drinks 18 KM or even less. And the tourist-part of Sarajevo is just a trolleybus-drive away if you want the hustle and bustle for a while. Excellent busconnections to Banja Luka, Novi Sad en Belgrade from the east-Sarajevo busstation (ictocno Sarajevo).
