The other thing I really liked, if you are into architecture like me check out The Zurenborg district, a lot of art nouveau buildings :)

The apartment was modern and spacious! We loved the three rooms. Couch was comfy enough that one child wanted to sleep on. Coffee was provided and a stocked kitchen. We loved that there was an elevator! Close to a tram stop to take you in downtown Antwerp. Parking is free.
