Apartment is at the first floor, also there's a plenty of parking just in front of the entry. Apartment itself is quite renovated with all the required facilities. We are family of five, and there was plenty of beds and couches to sleep on. There's a large supermarket nearby, and apartment is only 7 minutes drive from the airport.

I wanted a hotel that was easy to get to from the airport for my first day. I needed just a place to rest. This hotel was just what I needed. It was a nice place to crash after my flight. The staff was helpful (although not all could speak English that well). The location was good for what I needed.

It’s in a quiet village zone outside Sofia very close to the airport and has parking at the hotel which I must say is a very big bonus as I insure you after landing you don’t want to try to negotiate the traffic in Sofia .

Sofia is a great city to visit.
Sofia is a great city to visit. Around Christmas is very good. There's a Christmas Market and everything is shiny. All in all, the city is clean and the public transportation works. Even walking is doable since the city is mostly flat for the center area. Restaurants are nice - a big up for Happy and Burrata (same owner). Prices were okay, but this was just right before they adapted to Euro (can't say much for now).

I did not know anything about Sofia but my companion...
I did not know anything about Sofia but my companion suggested going there. I then looked up on the internet and found many things that would be of interest to me. We went to the synagogue, the mosque, the red flat, the sofia museum, many ruins. We found places to buy food since the apartment had a full kitchen we did not to eat in restaurants all the time. But there are plenty of places to eat as well. I never felt unsafe. Many people speak English but I was also prepared with a translator on my phone. That was useful when reading signs as not many of them have English. We really enjoyed the "old world" flavor of Sofia with the streetcars whizzing by. My one regret is that I did not buy tickets to the opera or ballet in advance and they were sold out when I got there.
