The managers, Stephanie and Andrea, made us feel right at home and helped us out with all kinds of things. Always super friendly and helpful.
Centrally located, not far from great beaches (incl surfer's beach), bunch of convenience stores / restaurants a short drive away.
Great breakfast on-site. Nice cottages. Overall great place to hang out, watch the stars, chill at the pool, ...

Great location near a beautiful beach and Tippy's, well appointed room with all facilities (well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, terrace, great internet, etc.) and very nice attention to detail: coffee, tea, beach chairs, etc.

Daniel was an excellent host. Even drove us to the airport early next day. Room is clean and everything worked. We stayed in Pineapple room that also has small kitchenette with oven and range. Amazon fire TV was available. Bay Inn was the nicest place in town.

Absolutely 100% everything! Arlene is a beyond exceptional hostess and she truly cares for her guests as her own family. The property is about a 7 minute walk to the most beautiful, serene beach and there are restaurants and a small food store within a few minutes’ walk. Island Farms is also a few minutes’ drive on Queens Highway. I was able to rent a car with Arlene’s assistance and she, personally, rebooked our flight when it was cancelled. I miss her and Eleuthera already and Sir Charles Guest House will be where I will stay when I return to my island.

I really enjoy Alice Town and this is not my first time here...
I really enjoy Alice Town and this is not my first time here-I have made several return trips-but, I would say ( as they say "Eleuthera isn't for everyone") it is very rustic and peaceful and that is what I like, but some may shy away from the lack of restaurants and spotty electricity and " modern conveniences"... I really love the Rainbow Room , and Big Rock, and the Glass Window Bridge restaurant-and just exploring- but, the roads are dicey and there is no guarantee when/if places will be open-I used to really like the Front Porch, but have not found it to be open the past couple of visits-

Let me be clear, the dinning at the Rainbow room is first class. All meals that I ate there were incredible. The host is an excellent guy who goes out of his way to make you feel at home. All the staff their are friendly, just plain nice folks
