The location was a 2 minute walk from the ferry, which made it very accessible with suitcases. The balcony directly overlooked the water and the beds were super comfortable. The shower water was able to get hot, which is not always something I count on when traveling and was a pleasant delight.

We rented one cabana and our friends rented the one next door.Manager was great and very helpful. The island is small so it’s close to everything. Very unique. Loved the outdoor shower room.

amazing and beautiful property!! the staff was so so kind! the perfect place for a relaxing and peaceful vacation, but there r also so many fun things to do such as paddle boarding, kayaking and of course snorkling. this place has it all! and the Pool is gorgeous!

The staff was friendly and helpful. When I asked if we could have late checkout, the ladies at the front desk were accommodating and let us keep our luggage in the office while we waited for our next step in our journey.

The sting rays and feeding the tarpon and going to the split beach was awesome.
Very quiet to sleep at night as the bars closed at a reasonable time which we enjoyed. The pasta restaurant was amazing.

As experienced snorkelers, this was our main focus and all the literature hyped the fact that it was the 2nd longest reef in the world. However we found the snorkelling disappointing at best. And once we had seen and done all the available sites, there was very little else to do in Caye Caulker except bar hop! None of the traveller information mentioned that there was no sand/beach, no grass and no ocean shore access. Three days would have been a good amount of time there, not 8 as we had mistakenly planned. We had good meals in the restaurants and enjoyed morning yoga in a couple of different venues. Buying fish off the dock and preparing it in our lovely accommodation was a highlight. The local people were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very safe at all times.

Caye Caulker was one of our favorite stops in Belize — a laid-back, super walkable island with tons to do (great food, snorkeling tours, swimming spots, and sunsets) without the hustle and crowds of the larger island of San Pedro. The locals were very friendly, and the whole island felt very safe for our family to walk around and explore.
One of the coolest surprises was at Iguana Beach, where stingrays swim right up to you in the shallow water — unreal. It’s the perfect mix of relaxed and fun, and we’d absolutely come back.
