Cozy, artistic cottage in a garden setting close to the beach and hiking trails. Is set in Powell River. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. Very quiet and restful. We had the little cottage to ourselves, surrounded by natural wild gardens. Chickens, geese and rabbits on the property (no roosters). The hostess are very nice. The wife is a painter and the husband is a glass artist. The walls of the cottage are decorated with their wonderful art. Away from the town of Powell River, but close enough for convenience.

Malaspina Strait Tiny Home is situated in Powell River. Located on the beachfront, this property has a private beach area, a garden and barbecue facilities. Good location, quiet and private. Only 3 minutes walk to the beach. It's small but it has everything we need. Our whole family enjoyed it alot and look forward to coming back in the future.

The hosts, Sylvia and Don, were attentive, friendly and responsive for us if we needed them. They even brought us home baked cookies on the second day and there was homemade quince jam in the kitchen. - all delicious. I asked for the recipe for the cookies and Sylvia delivered a printed copy to us in the suite - amazing! The property was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Everything needed was thought of and the suite has an eclectic and interesting vibe. We had quite a bit of rain when we were there, with it being late May, and were travelling with our 89 year old mother so to have such a comfortable, cozy space to spend time in was wonderful. Having the beach so close by and the views of the Strait from the property was a bonus we took advantage of, even with the rain. We would all go back there in a heartbeat.
