We don't often stay at B&B's -- and I NEVER take the effort to write a review, but this location warrants a review. However, given the location, there weren't many options. After a long hard drive, the owner made us very welcome. What a gem in a remote location. Excellent breakfast, we were given many good advices about local sites, food, ferry crossing etc. In talking to the local population, everyone had nothing but good comments about the owner. Would recommend to anybody that is looking for a place to stay within 100 miles of this location.

Quality Inn & Suites mempunyai kolam renang luaran bermusim, pusat kecergasan, teres dan restoran di Matane. Easy to find with parking right outside our King room. The staff were very polite and helpful and were able to communicate with us in English as we do not speak French! Room was super clean, had a lovely comfortable bed and the bathroom was perfect. We asked about doing laundry as we had been driving for quite a few days and they directed us to the immaculately clean laundry with free washing powder and a load only cost $2.00! Breakfast was included and it was adequate for our needs and the lady in charge most helpful! We had dinner in the dining room/ restaurant and it was the best dinner we had eaten in 10 days! The seafood was amazing and the size of the meal very generous for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this hotel plus the restaurant.

Hotel Motel Belle Plage overlooks St. Lawrence Bay, just 2 minutes' walk from the local ferry. It boasts a restaurant which specializes in fish and seafood. Location was excellent, beds were comfortable, the room clean. Great view of the St Lawrence River from our patio. The restaurant was excellent, if a bit pricey
