Featuring an outdoor pool and hot tub, this resort hotel is situated on Fisherman's Wharf in Victoria. A balcony with a gas BBQ is provided with each unit. The cleanliness, amenities, location, and nice little details like the fireplace, the murphy bed, the fully equipped kitchen, and the hot tub. I loved that they allow you to use the underground parking on the day of check out (you have all day). The room was more than great for 3 people. The view was amazing too!

Staff very helpful, professional and kind. Rooms and whole hotel were very clean. The service was impeccable. Food was great especially the kids' meal. Lots of activities for the family. Lots of complimentary service. Love their bath products too. Complimentary shuttle service was a lifesaver! Maybe the faucet can use some fixing. Just minor leak of the faucet sink in the bathroom otherwise, everything was great. Stay was comfortable and relaxing. Very family friendly. Hotel allows pets in certain floors too.

Free Wi-Fi is provided in all uniquely decorated guest rooms. the host was amazing. he is so welcoming and warmhearted hard working man. he made wonderful breakfast and even offer all kinds of beverages. i was sooo full until 4pm lol! always be there and ready to help when i needed. the place was wonderful and beautifully decorated. the room was spacious! every thing was clean and tidy. linens and towels were fresh. location is great too. never took a bus during 3days. 👍🏾👍🏾
