Great location next to a shopping centre which was quite convenient. The staff were very polite - from security guards, to receptionists, kitchen staff as well as cleaning staff. Initially I was sceptical about the area as I was told high insecurity around there, I did not witness any insecurity, unrest or trouble at all during my short stay.

Even though not in Gombe center. It is easily accessible from the airport and 20min from city center. The room was really spacious, very well decorated, up to western standard. Staff was really kind and full of attention throughout the whole stay! I really loved my stay here and would definitely come back and recommend it. Definitely a 4 to 5 stars for me!
