The room was very spacious and quiet. We also really appreciated staff for their helpfulness and professionalism.

Breakfast was superb. It included local freshfruit, yoghurt, toasted bread and fresh prepared fruit juice. Location was excellent. Staff attended every need we presented.

Excelente spa (gimnasio y piscina)

Its location is right outside the cathedral so very close to the main square, easily wakable around. My room was towards the back of the building so very quiet. The bed is very confortable, plugs and lights close to the bed make it easy also. The bath is equipped with towels and shower gel, the water gets really hot. The breakfast had basic options like scrambled eggs, ham, salami, cheese, jam, butter, yogurt, cereals and hot/cold beverages. So nothing extravagant, but self service which for my diet was a big plus. The staff very friendly and helpful as i had issues with paying on my arrival (you can barely find open places on a Sunday, including access to ATMs).

Staff were great, gave us really helpful advice for our onwards journey. Also we had to leave before breakfast time, and they very kindly packaged our breakfast for us to take on the road! Basic facilities, but everything you need for the price. Clean and comfortable. Really good location, close to the mall with good restaurants.

I've been very happy staying there. You're quite close to the centre of town, the rooms are simple but nice (though I imagine they might become a bit warm during the day in the summer.) WiFi was good. And, most of all, the people were so so nice, very accommodating and friendly all of the time!

Clean, comfortable and practical accommodation with a comfortable bed and fan. The hotel is well located in the centre of town on a lively street.

Good location, walking distance from most interesting things. Friendly staff. They didn't really speak English, but we managed to understand each other most of the time. With a bit more attention to details, this could be a much better place though.
