The breakfast team could not have been more helpful. They ensured that you had everything you needed and were willing to go out of their way to help you. On days when we had tours they allowed early for breakfast and we eat all that was available some 30 mins before breakfast was due to start. The day we left they laid on breakfast for us at 4.30am. Excellent service. The reception staff were very helpful in arranging all the we needed. Brilliant location with easy all around access for tour pick ups.

Situated 10 minutes walk from downtown. The room was clean and comfortable with a good, hot shower. Strong wi-fi. Towels, soap and TP provided. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Good value. Highly recommended.

We did not like much of this place.

The location is perfect for Puerto Varas, the price is beyond convinient for what you get. Even though there was a big festival in the town center (couple of blocks away) from the room you wouldn't hear any noise. The breakfast is not buffet, but served by a very nice lady and overall good.

Super nice staff, got a marvelous corner room even though I booked cheapest room available. Hotel itself super clean and super comfy. Super nice view of the Lake. Absolute recommendation.

The hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The ocean view rooms are superb and the breakfast was top notch and includes a free view. The front desk staff were very helpful and in particular Christopher was a good people person. I will stay there again.
