Tongren Fenghuang Airport (TEN),

The hotel truly lives up to its rating. What impressed us the most was the exceptional level of customer service. The rooms are spacious, modern, and equipped with advanced smart technology, making our stay very comfortable. As a thoughtful complimentary service, the hotel provided free pick-up from the railway station, transportation to tourist attractions and shopping areas, and a free transfer back to the railway station. This level of hospitality exceeded our expectations. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The breakfast mainly featured Chinese cuisine, but there was enough variety that we never went hungry. A special thank you to all the hotel staff for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
