We arrived to San José late in the afternoon and before starting our Costa Rica trip we thought it would be nice to stay on night near the airport. We were welcomed by Joaquín who was nice enough to drive us to collect our rented car. Arriving to the property, you stay in his house together with his family, in a room next to the garden. Room was big, clean and even though it doesn't have AC, there is a great fan that does the trick. We had complimentary coffee and even a mini fridge with water. It was a perfect choice and Liliana and Joaquín are extremely nice and welcoming.

This was a very good place to take a good shower and sleep in an excellent bed before going to the airport. They also provide a place for your car, that was my case. Also the staff is very friendly!

The family owned property is right behind the airport and the owner arranged transportation from the airport and to my destination. The homemade breakfast was excellent and the hosts are very hospitable.

Room and shared bathroom were clean and well equipped.

A convenient stay at the favorite hotel for travelers with complimentary transportation to and from the Juan Santamaria International Airport. Surrounded by a variety of dining options. Functional concept. Restaurant downstairs. Omelette at breakfast. Shuttle to the airport (with a movable extra stair for the high step into the bus so I could actually get in). Fast service at hte reception. Clean. Comfortable bed.
