Our room for three was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Special thanks to a kind staff member who assisted us with our meals due to health conditions – her help was greatly appreciated. The food was diverse and delicious, and we also enjoyed the well-maintained swimming pool. Overall, Richmond is a perfect choice for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat with great service and amenities. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic for those seeking solace in nature and at the same time proximity to the promenade. The building is beautiful and spacious. The apartment is huge and very spacious, well equipped for a ling stay and clean. The bed linen was changed every 3 days and was impeccably clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony, of the Richmond park hotel and the park with Tepla river flowing in front of the building, is breathtaking. Alexey, the owner was very attentive to our requests. The check-in and check- out processes were easily done online. We'd be happy to return.
