Very friendly and welcoming staff at the check-in. Vibrant atmosphere in the lobby bar with fair prices at the bar. Perfect location, just about 200 m from Terminal 1. Rooms are quiet, despite being next to the airport. Bed linen quality is very good as well as the bed. All in all, I do recommend the hotel.

Sleeping only one night to catch an early flight, we were right beside ther airport, that was perfect! THe hotel has a concept of reduced staff, you check in yourself with online keys. We had to book late a parking spot and they went above and beyond over the phone to help. Everything is really new and clean, we loved it!

Don't take the shuttle bus, just take the two busses offered per hour by the BVG. Staff was willing to adjust the complimentary cocktail for allergies. Was a packed hotel but very quiet.
