The food was great the selection is enough to satisfy and they have GLUTEN FREE options which very nice.
The airport is close by so on foot about 10 minutes. Additionally we could manage to do a late checkin without any problems. The staff is very polite and friendly and speak fluently both english and german. Since I arrived for the Outworld 44 Klangkuesntler and Kobosil festival it was very convenient to arrive to Stuttgart messe. Would stop by here 100 for the festivals in the messe. The train connection is really close and takes directly to the city. So I do recommend if you plan to come on foot here. Bathroom has hairdryers and also there is a bathtub and minibar.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Beautiful stylish spacious room, environmentally friendly, vegan shampoo etc, bathrobe and slippers in the room, NESPRESSO coffee machine, beautiful interior of the hotel. I think the room rate is low for the level of service they provide. Highly recommend!

The hotel is one minute away on foot from a big supermarket, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was also great. I had a shower, sauna and bathtub in my room to relax, that I did not expected to have. It is close to the airport (not next door). Also being there in October, the room was warm and cozy. I had a very friendly welcome!

Everything was very charming, well maintained, and clean. I especially liked the desk space available, the little chair and table for sitting by the window and the large wardrobe. All throughout the building are historic pictures. The breakfast was ample and the space was very aestetic.

Yes, I would stay here again. Primary was the location to the airport for a morning flight the next day. Having a shuttle was important to get to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful, The hotel was very clean.
Breakfast was plentiful and varied in the morning. We did not find a restaurant within walking distance, but there were many restaurants that would deliver. This was a Sunday night.

The nearby town of Esslingen was much more interesting. I understand Ostfildern was heavily damaged during the war, so doesn't have the charming medieval buildings and streets of Esslingen. We did visit the Ostfildern cemetery which was interesting, but all in all, not much in the town itself. I did have a terrific trout dinner at the hotel though!

Very pretty village centre but lacked a good choice of dining. Plenty of other’s within a 10-15 km distance. Fantastic bakery and patisserie with very top class, home baked breads and cakes!!
Ritter chocolate factory on the outskirts with fantastic modern art gallery and walks in its own grounds.

This is the most welcoming hotel, ever!
This is the most welcoming hotel, ever! We felt like royalty, even our dog would find bags of treats for her every few days. We highly recommend this hotel! It's in a small town, but close to everything. We actually came back a second time during our pcs, after taking one last trip for a few days. Each stay, we extended for a couple of days, and were made to feel like "our friends" were happy to be able to keep us for a little longer. We have never experienced such a warm, welcoming hotel! 10 stars out of 5!!!

Went for Parkrun. really friendly group and good parkrun route in north of city. Went end of November so Christmas market had opened. Was fabulous - Large market with huge selection of really nice items and great selection of food stalls.

Charming small town close to Stuttgart and a plus for wine lovers! We visited the Kessler wine cellar and Einhorn restaurant (wine cellar) which were excellent. If you are looking for a place to stay while attending the Cannstatter Volksfest or Spring festival at the Wassen then this town has excellent advantages as well. The train station is one exit removed from the Wassen station next to the festival grounds.

We arrived late in the evening after dark, and were happy to be received by our host. We were impressed by the clean and well-organized accommodations and check-in process. We were happy that the host allowed for a late check-out. Apartment was comfortable. Was perfect for our short stay, easy come, easy go.

Stuttgart is simply a wonderful discovery for us. Very knowledgeable professors at the university, high-level seminars, great museums (Mercedes, Württemberg Museum, endless Christmas fair and socially active people, wonderful food and nice crafts, Haus des Waldes was a wonderful place to visit, as was the TV tower. The Stiftkirche church concert was wonderful and also very cheap! Beautiful castles and ice rink, a brass band concert in the courtyard of the old castle, etc. everything was amazing. We only got a little lost in traffic, the markings at the subway entrances could be like in even bigger cities, so you immediately understand which direction the train is going. Otherwise, everything is very commendable.

We loved Esslingen, it was a beautiful city with friendly people and great food. We walked around the Altstadt and realized just how beautiful it is here. This trip we only planned a stop-over here but we would love to come back.

Always try and stay here if I need a room at Stuttgart Airport. Hotel is very comfortable, rooms are elegant and clean. Easy check-in out process when travelling in early/late.
