This hotel is really great: the coral for snorkeling is beautiful, the food was included and very varied, and everything was at a great price. I was surprised by the reviews, as most were negative, but my experience was completely different. The staff was amazing: super friendly and hard-working. Despite a few minor things that could be improved, for me the hotel was 10/10

The fantastic beach view from a room and incredibly friendly reception staff Ramy made my trip a pleasure. I was also satisfied with a restaurant and A-la carte service. Staff was amazing. Clean and really comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Loved my stay there. Their beach and while resort was extremely nice. We initially booked for two days and then extended the stay. They were really kind to let us stay in the same room and waited for us the whole day to pay for the rest of the stay since we were out .
