I booked a room for my employee who had to fly from Sharm El Sheikh to Moscow. I made a non-refundable reservation, the employee arrived at the border terminal and the Egyptian authorities refused to let her enter the country because her passport was not valid for long enough. I contacted the hotel and informed them, and although they did not have to, they refunded my money. This resort was the best resort that I went to in the entire world. I cannot fault the hospitality from all the staff. Mr. Ahmed Ismail at reception welcomed us warmly, and all the Mohamed's treated us like family. We particularly enjoyed Rasha from the restaurant, and Mr. Abdul Malak from the Cave Bar. Not to mention Youstina from Kids club. My daughter misses her so much. Everyone was super kind and overly generous. I cannot wait to return. We are so happy that you hosted us.
