I was quite surprised with some of the really bad comments, I had a wonderful stay, The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, I believe it was a session so it was full of people which is for me is great , but when it comes to check-in process its was alot of folks, I was quite frustrated but to be honest Abdulrahman Selim, and Hadia (with capital H) handled it very well to make it smooth and efficient, they make me feel welcomed from the very first moment. The place close to Soho square 5 minutes walking The food was excellent, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options every day. The beach was another highlight — clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing or taking a swim, but bear in mind it’s small area on the beach side so it gets really full early in the morning but for my case I was by myself so I always find a spot, not to forget there was mosquitoes. Overall, the service, the hospitality, and the atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the efforts of the entire team specially Abdulrahman Selim and Hadia (with capital H)

I booked a room for my employee who had to fly from Sharm El Sheikh to Moscow. I made a non-refundable reservation, the employee arrived at the border terminal and the Egyptian authorities refused to let her enter the country because her passport was not valid for long enough. I contacted the hotel and informed them, and although they did not have to, they refunded my money. Commendable behavior, I have no doubt that whenever I come to Sharm, I will only stay at this hotel. Thank you dear friends, I hope to come and stay with you. ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👏👏👏👏👏

We had an amazing stay at Serenity Lodge. The location is amazing and the view from our room was mind blowing with Red Sea right in front. We had a great view of Sunrise from our room. The facilities in the room were great and the staff was courteous and polite. Special mention to Hassan and James who treated us really well. The food was tasty and having the breakfast with a view of Red Sea was just fantastic. We would surely love to stay again at Serenity Lodge.
