The hotel is located in a great place as everything is close by. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and everything was in great condition. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

Surrounded by palm trees, just 9 km from Sharm El Sheikh Airport, DoubleTree by Hilton Sharks Bay Resort features private beach, family entertainment and a range of leisure activities and water... I had an amazing time! Muhammad Barakat at the reception was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautifully refurbished and spotless.

This 4-star all-inclusive resort is situated in the centre of Soho Square, it offers access to the private sands of White Knight Beach. La verdad es que nuestra estadía en el hotel fue increíble, por mucho aspectos. En primer lugar por su GRAN personal, la verdad es que nos han tratado de una manera super respetuosa, y siempre de muy buen humor, destacamos a Daniel quien con su amabilidad y su forma tan atenta de ser quedará en nuestros recuerdos. También queremos mención a Tarek Angelo Bishowy Mohamed Adel Raed Karim Fam Nesim Akrm unas increíbles personas que hicieron de nuestras vacaciones que fueran aún más especiales, gracias. Otro punto a destacar es la limpieza, el orden y las instalaciones. Es increíble ver cómo están todo el tiempo limpiando o haciendo cosas para que el hotel esté al 100% todo el tiempo. Por último nos gustaría destacar las propuestas que tienen en las cercanías del hotel, siempre era un buen plan el paseo por su calle.

From the moment I arrived, Mahmoud Nasr at the reception made me feel incredibly welcomed and like a truly special guest—his hospitality set the tone for a great stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from Soho Square, making it very convenient. The staff overall were friendly and pleasant throughout. I’d also like to give special thanks to Ashraf, who was very proactive and helpful by the pool, always ensuring we had what we needed, and Mostafa at the pool bar as well for his nice smile and great service! Thank you to the team for making our stay so enjoyable!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This Egyptian generosity comes from the heart. You don’t find it in many places around the world.
