Loved the apartment and the setting. The grounds were lovely and it was nice and quiet. It was just a 15 minute walk to Ses Salinas (Jockey Club) which is highly recommended if you want to go to the beach and have amazing food. A taxi to Playa d'en Bossa was just 5 mins away and Ibiza town 10-15 mins. The onsite manager Stefano was super helpful and was happy to help/assist as soon as you needed it. I'd definitely go back, it was great to stay in such a pretty villa/apartment rather than a soulless hotel.
Some features in the apartment were a bit old or broken and I didn't like the breakfast selection. I loved the pool and the design of the hotel. Also we have been told upon check out that we had a mini bar charge whereas we didn't touch it and the receptionist didn't even ask about our stay.... Bar & reception staff might need more training...
Nice sandy beach, long enough to allow long walks on the beach. Lovely clear and blue water. Although I went in May and the water was cold. The further you walk the cleaner the sand is. But the sand isn't dirty from human waste, it's full of sticks and dried algae. Lots of nice places to sit on the beach but they are all quite expensive and play loud house / techno music. Very close to formentera, you can get a boat from here and not too expensive and spend a lovely day in formentera which has some of the most beautiful beaches and bays I've ever seen. It's great to spend a day walking around through the many beautiful beaches.
Lovely area with a great mix of locals and holidaymakers. Handy for the beach and plenty of bars, including Ushuaia and Hi for those looking for the bigger parties/clubs. €30 in a taxi to San Antonio, €15 to Amnesia. Nice 30/40 minute walk along the beach and through the town to the old town and castle fort.
So much to see and do. Very central to everything we needed. We went to the castle and beach and harbour. We found lots of lovely bars and resturants Some places were very expensive for drinks, 1 bacardi & coke 18 euros. The biggest downside was that drugs were sold and taken so openly on the streets.
It was a nice quiet resort if that’s what you want, for more action stay in San Antonio , we found we had to take taxis to the other side of the island and that was around 30€ each way. There was some night life but we didn’t really venture into it to be able to review it properly . Not many restaurants if you want more than fast food and quick bites . Still Lovely to stay there through
