Apartamentos Santander Maliaño Suites 3000 enjoys a location in Maliaño, 3.8 miles from Santander Port and 4.5 miles from Puerto Chico. The apartment was lovely and clean and very comfortable. We all had a great night sleep. We stayed here the night waiting for our ferry the next morning as it made the journey alot less stressful. I'd definitely stay here in the future

Maliano was a nice place , the hotel in a good location, sometimes your flight to England schedule at 10pm and when you try to plead with the manager of the hotel to consider you add little money to check-out before your flight time they refuse and inject you out by 10am.

We stayed in Santander for two days in October, and that was sufficient, but I can imagine that if it was in summer, you could really enjoy the beaches within walking distance and spend a few more days. Safe and enjoyable city.

Not over crowded with tourists. Good transport hub to other cities (Bus train / plane. Perfect airport transfer time (15 min to centre). Nice (regular and cheap) ferry to Somo. Ideal destination to practice your Spanish

Santander is so much more than a Ferry Port 'stop over' It is a fantastic town/city/community all in it's own right and probably not appreciated & promoted as much as it should be by travel writers and tourist companies. No need for us to list the places we enjoyed. Just go visit and explore for yourselves. You won't be disappointed ! Thank you Santander !
