Staff were super helpful and spoke good English. The manager, Legesse, went above and beyond when a tour company forgot me, he got it sorted within the hour. Airport pickup and a private tour were all arranged smoothly. I also appreciated being able to exchange dollars at the front desk and get honest advice on how much I’d need for the trip. Overall, a safe, welcoming base in Axum.
