Staff at night took FOREVER to check us in. He didn’t know what he was doing and was taking his time. Worst of all, porn was playing on the lobby TV. Extremely unprofessional and made our family uncomfortable.

The small village quaint and the hotel very clean, had friendly staff, a good bar, excellent evening menu, restaurant surroundings and ambience good. Helpful (language wise) wait staff. The breakfast was flexible and fresh. A great in transit overnight stay with easy proximity to the airport. I would recommend it to others and happily stay there again.

The area has seen hard service, but the city council works to improve security of citzens and visitors alike. The blue and white civic Christmas lights were still up along Ave le Division Le Clerc which made the intersections beautiful at night. Unfortunately, I did not have enough time to go to the Air and Space Museum which would have been well worth it. The new train station was a brisk 10 min walk from my hotel, but offered enough of a sight of the area.

The hotel and the room was not as described at all - the room walls was covered with mold (I attached photos) and smell of dump. The lift was out of order and I was given the sixth floor, the receptionist man couldn’t explain me anything at all as he only speaks French, so he was pointing at lift that it’s not working. The hotel itself doesn’t meet any standards of hotel and it was looking like the hostel for drivers. When I went outside the building to look at some other hotel, some men was shouting through their windows of this hostel very rude words to me (and I’m single woman traveling on my own for exhibiton) . I had to go to the nearest hotel and take the room there for 3 nights. So with all that impressions I didn’t stay there even for 20 mins.

The Place touristicly is famous only for the Air and Space Museum. Nothing else to do. But is great for Business. a lot of French Trade Companies are there . so i stay there for these reason.Otherwise i would not choose to stay there. Far from everything and difficult transportation. Only by taxi which is actualy very expensive. I ate all the time in the Hotel because not many choices outside and around.

I have put complaint about electric - every morning electric wasn't working for 2 hours, shower was very dirty and window as well, staff couldn't speak English went came to the complaint, I haven't heard back from hotel about my conpalint
