Excellent place, with a friendly welcome. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was also pretty big and the shower was great. The breakfast was amazing! Wide variety of choice and loved the fresh bread.

The owners were super charming and made us feel very welcome after a long cycle. Our bikes were taken care of and securely locked away. We made our own dinner in the outdoor kitchen with the fresh vegetables from the garden. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped and we got a very lovely home made dessert.
Beds were super comfortable and the rooms were nice and quiet and felt very private. Bathroom was nice, with a good shower.
Breakfast was wonderful with fresh bread, homemade jams and the best honey we ever ate. We also had the company of 2 very curious cats and 1 very well behaved and sweet dog. We left the house as the wood fire was burning - and we had to get on our bikes in the pouring Brittany rain, but encouraged by the owner.

Excellent location near a key point of the bike trips that cross Brittany: Vélodysée, Vélomaritime. Very clean, calm, friendly. Nice place to store a bicycle. This is my second year stopping there. This year I knew I could count on an excellent hotel and good breakfast after a long trip.

I chose this place because there should have been two beds /two bedrooms but when I arrived I was only told that the first floor is closed so my family only had one bed/one bedroom. I paid for the whole house but I got only half. And nobody told me before I was there. I recommend you to ask the owner in advance so you do not need to be disappointed.

Plougasnou is a lovely small town with a very attractive town centre which we walked to from Chateau du Sable. The Tuesday market is well worth a visit. The surrounding countryside and coastal areas are beautiful and great for rambles.

Morlaix is a very nice small village that was easy to get to, drive around and enjoy all the sights. It was not crazy busy which is really nice for getting out to restaurants, bars and the local sights. We really enjoyed walking the viaduct and strolling the old town to see all of the old buildings and poke about the shops!

Carantec is a beautiful large village /small town. it has many wonderful beaches all within walking distance. there is good coastal walking nearby.
there are good restaurants and bars, little independant shops, a good supermarket that stocks everything you need. there is also a good market on a thursday morning.
For us it is ideal as we come accross on the ferry from plymouth and it is only a 30 minute drive.

Morlaix is a small town with an abundance of cobbled streets, medieval buildings, a river marina and a magnificent 19th century Viaduct being it's centre piece, all within easy walking distance.
There's an abundance of traditional Tabac's, Cafes, Patisserie's and Restaurants catering for all tastes. Le Grand Cafe de La Terrasse at 31 place des Otages is worth of a particular mention.
The town is an ideal centre from which to tour the delights of Brittany with its friendly and hospitable local population.

We only stayed for one night in Carantec but you could fill a couple of days here. The creperie in town was quite pleasant and well priced. We happened to be staying on a night that the town was putting on a beachfront fireworks display which was very popular. With the beaches, islands and fort surrounding the town, plus the other nearby towns like Roscoff and Saint-Pol-de-Léon, there's plenty to fill your time with around here.
