Everything about this place was amazing the room was beautiful all mod cons and all you could asked for from snacks to shampoo! This place is just a few miles from the Dublin airport, therefore an excellent choice if you are returning a rental car and flying out the next morning. Or the reverse - arriving late at night and renting a car. My only caution - if you will be arriving after nightfall and it's raining, you should have GPS on to know exactly where it is. We did not, overshot it, but then found it on the second try.

Always a warm welcome. Breakfast is excellent with home cooked bread and plenty of choice in a cosy room around a dining table so a chance to chat to fellow guests. Rooms are clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. There is a great view of Lough Neagh from the bedroom window.
Although not far from the airport we were not disturbed by aircraft noise. It is also fairly convenient for the ferry.

Such a beautiful location that I wish we could have stayed longer. Watching the sun set over the lake from our window was wonderful. We had to leave early and were very happy to have a tasty breakfast ready and waiting for us.

Welcoming host, very important. When asked if Elizabeth could facilitate making us soup and sandwiches after a long day of travelling she didn’t disappoint and at a fair price too, all homemade! Breakfast was perfect bacon and scrambled eggs were devine. Room was very comfortable and I must say the bed and linen felt like I’d fallen into a cloud we had a perfect sleep. Thankyou Elizabeth

It was fine. I wouldn't say it was special, but good. Room was clean and comfortable. There was only one towel in the bathroom for two of us so that was a bit weird. Luckily, we had showed that morning and didn't need to shower again.

We were surprised how big the hotel was as we have stayed at Double Trees before and they were small.
Good value for a 4 Star hotel and staff were very attentive

The house was just perfect, it was very spacious and very comfortable. There were two large reception rooms and the kitchen was also very big and it was equipped with all the equipment and even extra food as well. The rooms were also very spacious and one of them had an en suite as well. Overall we had a lovely stay, would definitely recommend to anyone out there.

The area was beautiful , the owner was loverly but the accommodation fell well short as it was extremely dirty in many areas , if I was not with friends I would of left but they put a brave face on for me, I had to go round brushing cobwebs off the walls

Could not fault the Lodge, if travelling by bus out to accommodation make sure it’s the Europa Airport Bus from the appropriate bus station, and ask bus driver to stop right at the door of Lodge. If travelling by car or taxi there is no problem.

Crumlin is a small village not too far from Belfast near the beautiful lake. The lake area is a great attraction and offers lots for people in general but also for families with children. Great playgrounds and nature around.
In Crumlin we have been to the 3 Amigos Deli. Brilliant people. We arrived 5 minutes before closing time and they made us delicious burritos with no problem. And we were not rushed at all, very friendly and good taste of the food.

nice area, great local bars. the people of Antrim were fantastic. Maddensbar, food exceptional for pub grub, atmosphere great and service faultless.
we hired a car, but everything i needed, petrol, food superstore, takeaway, restaurants were all less than 5 mins in the car. so much to offer.
