The location is very good and the house is superb - everything you can think of is there. The hosts are very friendly - Jackie was there to welcome us. Whenever I had a question, I texted Dave and he always answered practically immediately. The house has some great features, such as 'slow cooking' stove (but also electrical / microwave if it needs to go faster), an outside bath with seaview (and privacy) that is just the best I've ever been in.

The TV sitting room with the giant window allowed us to enjoy the sunset and a prismatic available let us admire the birds passing by. The available coffee beans and grinder were an extra very welcomed gift

In der Nähe der in Evie in der Region Orkney gelegenen Unterkunft Eviedale Cottages befindet sich Strand Sands of Evie Beach. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zu den Cottages gehört eine kleine Bäckerei und ein kleines Restaurant mit Pizzaofen. Alles sehr lecker!! Das Cottage selber ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet mit einem Kaminofen. Man kann das ganze Mainland von dort aus besichtigen.

Top Aussicht, eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Sehr gemütlich und vor allem sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind absolut hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Die Unterkunft Lochview ist gelegen in Swannay, 24 km von Maes Howe und 26 km von Stones of Stenness, in einer Gegend mit Möglichkeiten zum Angeln. It is a really wonderful place to stay. Hosts were fantastic. So much room and the facilities were more than we expected. Full kitchen with everything. Separate lounge area, great bedroom and bathroom. Absolutely nothing is missing!! Did i mention the views over the Loch and gardens - just beautiful.
