Inuk Hostels is located in a part of Nuuk that has some of the best views of both the city and the surrounding nature. It is conveniently located halfway between the airport and the Old City centre and can be reached by taxi, bike, or even by foot for those who want to enjoy a nice walk in Nuuk. The staff at Inuk Hostels is friendly, professional, and welcoming. I liked that the staff at Inuk Cafe (where check-in is done for Inuk Hostels) was attentive to the needs of guests during my stay and that they were always willing to help us call for a taxi, arrange for a meal at the cafe, or provide assistance with booking tours and services provided by Inuk Travel. The room I stayed in was part of the Puisi lodge, where I enjoyed a nice bedroom that was attached to a common area that included books about Greenland, a working kitchen, and access to a shower and restroom that had hot water. Thank you Inuk Hostels for allowing me to stay and for making me feel welcome in Nuuk!

It was super easy to access even when no one was on premises. They have a system to give people access to the place after check out . This is very convenient when your flight is in the evening. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The view is amazing!

It was close to where we needed to be and it was only a place to sleep cause we had an early flight but the place is beautiful and you should check it out if your staying longer it would be a great option

Nuuk is so friendly and walkable.
Nuuk is so friendly and walkable. So much to see that is accessible on foot, yet a boat tour on the fjord is a must. Museums, shopping, history, nature, cuisine, and culture -- Nuuk has it all. And communication with visitors is not a big problem since most residents speak adequate English.

I would think twice about going back too Nuuk becasue of the...
I would think twice about going back too Nuuk becasue of the issues they have with their airport. It was closed to all international flights becasue of the Danish aviation department not being satisfied with teir seciroty screening. My flight was just canceled and had no idesa when the airport was gfoing to open again to International flights. I would give them a few years to get things sorted out before I ever went back. Such a shame because its absolutley beautiful and the people are so friendly.

First, you need to do some research about Nuuk so you know what to expect. Overall, we enjoyed our trip quite a lot. It’s long travel from California to NEw York than to Nuuk. Once landed, we took taxi to hotel, had simple dinner near by. Then explored Nuuk downtown and had good lunch and dinner.
We took few tours and all are good and overall what we expected.
