The customer service is at a 100% for very friendly, cleaness. Food was great at restaurant and the pool was very clean, well maintained. No issues finding the Hotel and theme parks are 2-5 min away very convenient. 100% recommended will book for future stay.

I found the place of really amazing value, it was very clean and service quality was exceptional. My family and I felt very welcome and were very happy with everything that was included within the price. People at reception were very nice and so were people at the restaurant, specially Daniel. IRTRA is very close, within walking distance. We would definitely recommend the hotel to our friends!

I think the value of the stay was great.
I think the value of the stay was great. Courteous personnel and a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. You get about four different choices and coffee free refills. The night before I also ordered cappuccinos and cheesecake and those were also very good. We enjoyed our stay very much! IRTRA parks are within walking distance, but if you don’t bring a car, there are also little buses or tuk tusk that drive by and can take you to the entrance of the parks!
