Toiletries were inadequate . Bedsheet should not be torn in places, in this aspect management should not turn a blind eye, which they did inspite of being reminded. Wi fi is good. But TV is just a show because only Free to air channels are available. General Cleanliness of the room was good. Geyser works. Breakfast Menu especially on a Sunday Morning is an embarassment compared to what is printed on the MENU and what is available on the on the table or as room service. Staff behaviour is good . The management has to get rid of their take it or leave it policy and overcome their short coming mentioned above.

Kolkata is very fantastic place and we see the glimps of our historical culture. It reminds us our past and culture is still here that we have lost in other cities. It's best city to make visit for our kids. In Delhi and other cities we couldn't find our rituals and customs but here I have seen those things ,we have somewhere forgotten but here everything came back to us .I like most Kolkata city if I get chance to visit my kids again I'll come. Meusium, Victoria palace,new market for shopping,South City mall,everywhere we can eat because good food is available in very cheap onething is that in Kolkata no one can sleep hungry. I'm very happy to write such comments for Kolkata.

It's actually some shady palce which actually runs by some other name.sharavi tower and not Seema international. There is no facility to lock your room in case you want to go out. Lift is not accessible for boarders.the rooms are dingy shady looking , there is cleaning done in the rooms ever.

The entire property is not maintain to stay for a single day. AC is Licking, beds are dirty, washroom is not usable. No restaurant are found nearby, reaching by vehicles very problematic. Request to not to recommend others.

The photos shown in booking.com did not match with the actual room. The rooms were very dirty with cockroaches roaming around. The bed was not cleaned since Long. The room reeked of phenyl smell. Bathroom fittings were broken. The stairways were very dirty with dirty plates strewn around. With the kind of room, I never felt like ordering anything. A lot of things needs to be corrected in the hotel. The only positive was the staff. They were helpful.

I will never advise to stay it's pathetic arrangement .lack of basic amenities like water towel cleanness no service available.at the time of booking I include breakfast and they charges me at the time booking but in reception people said we don't have kitchen to provide breakfast and even they don't return the amount which they charge for breakfast.

Very nice room and rooftop bar and pool. Close to CCU airport and without traffic (5:30 am) it took 5 minutes from the hotel to the airport in hotel-arranged transport. Airport transfers were reasonable and easy to arrange by email in advance. They made a breakfast pack to take away since we had to depart the hotel before breakfast started.
