My wife was sick and she was unable to walk. I called them for a wheel chair before entering the property and they even arranged it for me. Didn’t even hesitate and didn’t even ask a single question. Also i would love to appreciate Mr. Avijeet who helped me with the wheel chair to assist me and my wife to the room. Once again great hospitality showed and Kudos to their efforts. Thank you guyz you helped me alot that day.

It's actually some shady palce which actually runs by some other name.sharavi tower and not Seema international. There is no facility to lock your room in case you want to go out. Lift is not accessible for boarders.the rooms are dingy shady looking , there is cleaning done in the rooms ever.

Public transport easy available. Airport is near Food is costly from place to place but can get economic places to eat too. Places not following covid protocols in general. Getting breakfast is tough.

I stayed just for a night in transit but i could have got something better. It was just 10min driver from the airport so that was good. Room and bathroom were clean But the AC was almost not working. The entire room was vibrating in response to the traffic on the highway.. That was very disturbing and so was the noise from the main road. The people working there were decent though. They said the entire hotel vibrates and did not change my room.

Entrance road horrible gutter smell and night time road traffic noise. Room was vibrated like a earth quack effcts due to roads buses and trucks load. However it was my choice to choose this hotel so i regrets about my choice. No hot water in bathroom and bed sheet, towel ...omg too smelly.

Very bad experience!
Very bad experience!! I booked this hotel for my father and made the payment using the booking.com payment link. As payment proof, I transmitted the bank statement and payment screenshot to the Booking.com messaging system and via email (The same email through which the booking.com sent me the payment link and asked me to communicate via this email). But when my father reached the hotel, the Hotel staff behaved rudely to him and ask to pay again. Although he showed the payment proof but they asked him to call booking.com and sort this out. Now calling booking.com was not an option (As no phone number is there ) so I called the hotel headquarters and they asked me to send the payment proof to a specific hotel email. Now it's not possible for the guest to know to which address the payment proof needs to be sent... In simple words, this group of hotels are not in good tie-up with booking.com or their third-party websites so if you need to stay in these hotels book them locally.

Hats off to Madumita, Director of Holiday Inn - she took really good care of us, and we thank her hospitality. There was some miscommunication from the Holiday Inn Team. I told them many times via email that our flight from Washington DC was arriving at CCU @ 2AM. But we had to call the hotel to send us the car & finally reached the hotel around 4:30AM.
