El tracte del personal. Molt amables. Les instalacions tot i que hi havia obres van ser curosos a l'hora de no fer molt soroll. Els consells del personal, voliem anar a skiar a estacions més lluny i ens van aconsellar "Obereggen" a uns 25 min de Bolzano, una gran estació i molt aprop. Tot un encert .

Hotel excelent, encara que estigui enmig de una zona industrial, allunyat del centre de la ciutat, però si vas amb cotxe, son només 10 minuts. Les instal.lacions son molt noves i amb un disseny molt nou, sorprenent i modern. L'atenció que vaig rebre del personal del hotel va ser excepcional, molt atent i amb tot tipus de detalls, molt servicial en tots els aspectes. Molt bon emorzar.
