This property offers a Special Protection Program, a strict program of precise safeguards dedicated to our guests and our staff. The room was with a king size bed which was small but typical of European size rooms. The room, bathroom and terrace were very clean. Their restaurant was excellent and their waiter Marco was awesome. Best food for dinner we had in Parma and so we had dinner there for 3 nights. We never had breakfast there bc we were always on the run, but did see that they had a very nice spread for breakfast.

Exceptional service from Salvatore who is very thoughtful and kind. He helped me find parking nearby as there is a two hour parking limit (parking metres) in the streets outside near the property.
