This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. The staff are warm, friendly, and super supportive. The cleaning staff keeps the place spotless. We enjoyed the freshly cooked delicious breakfast Chef Mama cooks. The location is very convenient, right across the street from the Roman Theatre (perfect place to people watch) with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It's within short walking distance from the core of old, yet away from all the noise and chaos. The Citadel is on the hill just above us, if you are up for a hike. You can actually stand at the Roman Theatre and see the Roman citadel above the hotel - 2000 years of history across and above us!
We also noticed it's one of the few hotels that have an elevator in this neighborhood.

The staff here were so helpful. Khalid and Jihad worked really hard to help me to locate my lost luggage, calling the airline all day and night to try to track it down. When it didn't arrive in time, the hotel stored it for me for 3 weeks until I returned! I'm so grateful for their help and kindness. Also the breakfasts on the roof garden are amazing.

I had an amazing stay at Amman Pasha Hotel! The staff is very welcoming and helpful.
The room was spacious including comfortable beds and AC .
The location is perfect in the center of the city. It's in front of the Roman Theatre. From Roof top you can have breakfast and tea/coffee watching the Roman Theatre. Amman Citadel and Rainbow street are also within walking distance from the hotel. Amman Abdalli Bus station is at 4 km from the hotel. Uber charges 2 dinnars till Abdalli.
The breakfast buffet offered a variety of local delicious options. Breakfast time is 7.30 am to 9.30 am.
The hotel also has Tours and Travels help desk. Mr. louie will help you with reasonable Tour packages for exploring Jordan.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience for the price I paid!
Advice to Hotel : Breakfast menu was the same for all the 3 days during my booking. Hotel should change the menu daily basis.

Unfortunately, I did not have enough time to explore all of Amman. What I saw, however, left a very positive impression. The city combines modern and traditional elements in a fascinating way. I was particularly impressed by City Mall, which reflects the modern side of Jordan.
One place I would recommend visiting is the King Abdullah I Mosque, one of the city's most recognizable landmarks. My driver told me that on special occasions even King Abdullah II has delivered sermons there.
Getting around by taxi is easy and remarkably affordable. Not every driver speaks fluent English, but I never encountered any serious communication problems. Sometimes a jordanian bypasser steps in and supports!
For me, Amman was much more than just a gateway to Petra or Wadi Rum, and I would gladly spend more time there on a future visit.

It is a very safe city (and country). The people are so friendly and always willing to help out. Most of them speak some level of English but I used my AI app to try and communicate as best I could in Arabic.
