Everything. The staff were super friendly and courteous. Deyaa at the reception was especially helpful. The room was clean and spacious so was the bathroom. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The WiFi was really fast and the swimming pool was a nice surprise.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. From the very first moment, the service was outstanding – friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made me feel welcome right away. The location is excellent: many of the most important places in Amman are within walking distance, making it a perfect base for exploring the city without relying on taxis. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable, with a high standard throughout. I especially appreciated the large size of the room, the kitchenette, and the extremely comfortable bed – perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was clean, well designed, and thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast was a real highlight of the stay – delicious, high quality, and varied, a great start to the day. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would happily stay here again when visiting Amman.
