I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Beirut 2 in Amman! The receptionist, Ihab, was extremely kind and welcoming, making check-in a smooth experience. The hotel is located right in the heart of Amman, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Special shoutout to Gazal from the concierge desk for all her helpful tips! Breakfast was great, which you can have out on a lovely terrace. The location of the hotel was fabulous and an easy walk to Rainbow Street and Downtown. A huge plus is the laundry provided by the hotel. This was super handy. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed at this hotel at the beginning and again at the end of our holiday. We were extremely happy to be retuning to this hotel. A perfect location and hotel. Highly recommend.

Gatekeepers also super friendly! Staff in general made me feel comfortable and safe staying alone for a women. Breakfast is a MUST. Different options. Loved the donuts 🍩! Room was pleasing and quiet. Worked out a bit and used the sauna. Location was super nice! Close to main malls and easy to get to hotel. Thank you all for a pleasing stay really enjoyed. Much love!

Everything! From the bed that is extremely comfortable (I really slept more than usual), till the food, the view from the Skybar, the swimming pool, but especially the staff. From the duty manager to the guy who cleaned my room, all are very friendly and ready to help! Fantastic!

My trip to Amman was a very pleasant experience. The people were extremely friendly, welcoming, and hospitable, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The climate was also very nice, and I really enjoyed the local food, which was delicious and full of flavor.

Booking.com mistakenly listed our reservation for one adult...

Booking.com mistakenly listed our reservation for one adult instead of two, leading the hotel to unfairly charge us extra, despite the room being priced for two people. On top of that, the hotel provided no basic amenities like towels or extra bathrobes, making it the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Both good things and bad things to say: Good: Beautiful view Curious and friendly locals Good privacy Elevator Staff will arrange cheap airport-transport for you Bad: Terrible wifi that barely worked. Don't book this hotel if you need to do work online, unless you have a sim card from which you can hotspot yourself. Almost nobody around speaks English well, so communicating can be a big struggle Expect to be woken up by a prayer from the Mosque next door at 6 AM. However, they will be quiet for the rest of the night. Getting food is difficult. There is a coffee shop in the same building, but they don't serve food. 100m away there is a small takeaway eating place with cheap junk food. But there is no menu and they don't speak English well, so you just have to communicate with body language and hope they give you what you prefer. There is also a shop with snacks available there. No prices are displayed though. The staff will help you order takeaway, but a meal that makes you full costs around 6 JD, so be prepared. Expect imperfections in your room such as weak air condition, showering water that only gets a little warm, leaking toilet, weak flushing, and a bit of uncleaniness The beds are a bit hard, and the pillows are too big There is not really anything to see in the nearby area The light on the ceiling that illuminates the room shines very bright and white light that is kinda depressing at night

Amman is truly one of the best cities we have ever visited. We were absolutely stunned by the beautiful views, especially from the hills overlooking the city, which create a unique and unforgettable skyline both day and night. The blend of rich history and modern life is remarkable—from ancient sites like the Citadel and Roman Theatre to the vibrant streets filled with cafés and culture. The hospitality we experienced was exceptional. Everyone we met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The food scene is another highlight, with incredible local dishes and desserts that added so much to the experience. Amman has a special charm that combines history, culture, scenery, and hospitality in a way that’s hard to match. It’s a city we would definitely return to and highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and enriching travel experience.

Very convenient place to stay on arrival or when you have an early departure from Amman QA Airport. The shuttle service is well organized, even in the middle of the night. Room is spacious, so are the beds, and clean. Bathroom convenient, water, tea and coffee available for free. Airco works well, and keeps noise of airport and highway out. They brought us to the car rental too, all for free. There is nothing in the neighbourhood, so really a place to spend the night. Value for money!

Amman is truly a great city that I humbly believe is a MUST visit for travelers Aside from the ancient ruins, you won't get enough of the culture, food, and the hybrid architecture which spans more than a century. A lot of places will trap your soul and make you want to come again. For History lover . . . I am sure it is on your list, if it is not, please make your homework For coffee lovers . . . forget the international brand coffee shops, the normal groceries will make you boiled coffee for 0.5 JD that will taste like magic For food lovers . . . Honestly I am not a gourmet eater but by God even simple food taste great
