The location of this hotel is in a very boho hood which is amazing for tourists who want to have some rest after exploring Petra and other places. The room and the bathroom were amazing. It is very close to the Citadelle so you can go by taxi which will cost 4JOD, tops and goo back walking. Very safe place!

Mena Tyche is a very nice hotel, lead by a friendly and welcoming team. The hotel is located in the well-established district Shmesani. They serve high quality breakfast with typical and super tasty Arabic food as well as hold a Gym and a Swimming pool, the latter opens from May 1st. The gentlemen at the front office, the room service, the restaurant team and the guards at the front entrance are super nice. All clean, safe and comfortable.

Although my stay with Larsa hotel was just one night - more like a couple of hours - I felt welcomed and taken care of. They provide access to the gym, helped me book a cab and share some information that I needed. The room was big and comfortable. A solid stay. Oh, and the breakfast was great with lots of options and delicious food.

We enjoyed our stay in Amman and 3-4 days is enough to spend time there to visit modern shopping malls, traditional Downtown and the museums. At restaurants and in general people are helpful and the food is great.

Booking.com mistakenly listed our reservation for one adult...

Booking.com mistakenly listed our reservation for one adult instead of two, leading the hotel to unfairly charge us extra, despite the room being priced for two people. On top of that, the hotel provided no basic amenities like towels or extra bathrobes, making it the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Both good things and bad things to say: Good: Beautiful view Curious and friendly locals Good privacy Elevator Staff will arrange cheap airport-transport for you Bad: Terrible wifi that barely worked. Don't book this hotel if you need to do work online, unless you have a sim card from which you can hotspot yourself. Almost nobody around speaks English well, so communicating can be a big struggle Expect to be woken up by a prayer from the Mosque next door at 6 AM. However, they will be quiet for the rest of the night. Getting food is difficult. There is a coffee shop in the same building, but they don't serve food. 100m away there is a small takeaway eating place with cheap junk food. But there is no menu and they don't speak English well, so you just have to communicate with body language and hope they give you what you prefer. There is also a shop with snacks available there. No prices are displayed though. The staff will help you order takeaway, but a meal that makes you full costs around 6 JD, so be prepared. Expect imperfections in your room such as weak air condition, showering water that only gets a little warm, leaking toilet, weak flushing, and a bit of uncleaniness The beds are a bit hard, and the pillows are too big There is not really anything to see in the nearby area The light on the ceiling that illuminates the room shines very bright and white light that is kinda depressing at night

The Hilton Amman is more than 5⭐ due to: 1.All the staff are very warm welcoming the guests providing excellent services throughout the hotel. 2. The hotel is impeccably clean, reception, the broad loopy, halls, corridors, rooms and restaurants. 3. The high quality of the food, (Items, dishes, locally and internationally) entertainment, and guest services are outstanding. 4. The room rate offers fair value for the quality of the products and services provided. 5. All the staff and employees are Exceptional with no exception But I must mention Ruba and Kim for their out standing performance. Many thanks to all the hotel staff for the enjoyable time we had at the hotel.

Very convenient place to stay on arrival or when you have an early departure from Amman QA Airport. The shuttle service is well organized, even in the middle of the night. Room is spacious, so are the beds, and clean. Bathroom convenient, water, tea and coffee available for free. Airco works well, and keeps noise of airport and highway out. They brought us to the car rental too, all for free. There is nothing in the neighbourhood, so really a place to spend the night. Value for money!

Go when weather is not forecast rain - it was pretty cold and miserable when it did rain - but it was only on 1 day and it was Mid November. The cultural sights are worth seeing - but we didn't get chance to go to Wadi Rum - which is a good one we heard. I would've loved to have seen Aqaba as well, (they should make that a Jordanese Sharm el Sheik). Flights are cheap enough - even Wizz Air was OK... Hotels - you can get decent priced ones - but recommend pick a location where there are pleanty of shops and restaurants etc. Taxis are fairly cheap - too Airport to Northern Amman 27 JOD (about £29.60). Oh - and dont think you're gonna lose weight - the food is amazing and they like their desserts - far too tempting!
