Location was perfect in the heart of Amman

Extremely clean, and the lobby somehow always smells like Louis Vuitton ombré nommad. Besides that, the place is so safe, they take the security very serious. I enjoyed everything about the stay. And the staff was extremely helpful and spoke great English, particularly the manager on duty he was a great.

The hotel is by far the best I experienced in Amman. Everything was exceptional from the rooms to the facilities. Issa at the front desk was great as well as Hana at the SPA . The chef Mohammad and all the waiters and waitresses at the restaurant were amazing. The breakfast buffet is also diverse and very good.

The staff mostly , took care of me from beginning to end . Each check in I am satisfied more than one before. Thankfully :)

We have stayed at Sadeen Amman Hotel twice — once in November and once again in January — and both stays were very pleasant. Because we were so satisfied the first time, we chose to return, and once again we had a very comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made our stay very relaxing. The hotel feels spacious and well maintained, and we were warmly welcomed on both occasions. We truly appreciated the good care and kindness of the entire team, including the reception and housekeeping staff. Everyone was helpful and attentive, which made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Special thanks to Rawan for her hospitality and professionalism. We will definitely return again once we are back in the area and would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff at the front desk were welcoming. The location is ideal—just a short walk to everywhere in Amman, I recommend it

An excellent value for money. The hotel is super clean. Stuff are so nice, helpful and welcoming. Local breakfast, good quality. And more importantly, good location: secure and not far from all the attractions. Good isolation. We sleep like babies even though the hotel is on the main street

Very familiar place, you feel welcomed for the first moment till the end Rooms are great, very spacious ( King Deluxe room 34 square meters), you have all toleitries in your bathroom Breakfast is rich and tastefull We recomend this hotel to all who are visiting Amman

I’m a very detail-oriented person, and from the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was impressed. At the reception, I met a gentleman named Ehab who took my comments seriously and provided me with the perfect suite. He even took out a map to explain the city to me and made sure the housekeeping team brought the right pillows to ensure my comfort. This level of care and professionalism made it clear to me that the hotel is managed with excellence and integrity. My stay was truly pleasant — the entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and responsive to any unexpected needs a guest might have. I thank them all from the heart. It was a delightful stay, and I genuinely look forward to returning. I wish them continued health and prosperity.
