The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. Breakfast was absolutely lovely—fresh, delicious, and served in a beautiful setting. Every detail, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the cozy ambiance, made my experience special. Also, the location is just perfect—right in the heart of the city, with everything I needed just a short walk away. It truly made getting around so easy and enjoyable. Sandra hotel is a fantastic hotel in the heart of downtown Amman for a very reasonable price. Amjad at the reception counter were very friendly and gave me lots of Amman travel advice, and the rooms were clean and had everything I needed. I absolutely love this hotel and I recommend it highly to anyone visiting Amman! I've stayed here before and had very positive experiences on all my previous visits; this one did not disappoint. From check-in, manager Majid and Abdul Rahman at the Olive Tree check-in were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful; this continued with the reception staff, porters, cleaning crew--who were not only efficient but unobtrusive--and the buffet catering staff, who were exceptional--a special nod to Shrireen, Joseph and Yumnah, who made my culinary experience fun and full of smiles! I'll also couldn't help but smile at the ever-cheerful, ever-helpful Ibrahim, who kept trying to help me with my small, light rolling case's frequent 20 metre journeys--from hotel to car! Finally, check-out was quick, smooth and worked around my schedule nicely. Another satisfying stay at a well-run hotel!

- Super early check-in. My plane arrived well before check in time and I was allowed to settle in my room several hours before check-in time. Best experience ever. - Breakfast buffet is amazing (plenty of choices and great food) - Strong WiFi - Clean and tidy room - Great gym in the neighbouring building (entry is 6 JOD, both men and women are welcome) - The hotel is a 15-20 min taxi ride from the city center. The ride doesn’t cost much (if you use some shared ride app) but is really quiet, I could not hear the stress noise from our room.

We spent two nights only (coming and going) in Amman at The Liwan Hotel. We were made to feel almost family, everybody was kind and helpful and this was repeated on the the road to Petra and at Petra. We hope now to revisit as a purpose built trip, not jst a bolt-on prelude to rushing off to Egypt.

Booking.com mistakenly listed our reservation for one adult instead of two, leading the hotel to unfairly charge us extra, despite the room being priced for two people. On top of that, the hotel provided no basic amenities like towels or extra bathrobes, making it the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Both good things and bad things to say: Good: Beautiful view Curious and friendly locals Good privacy Elevator Staff will arrange cheap airport-transport for you Bad: Terrible wifi that barely worked. Don't book this hotel if you need to do work online, unless you have a sim card from which you can hotspot yourself. Almost nobody around speaks English well, so communicating can be a big struggle Expect to be woken up by a prayer from the Mosque next door at 6 AM. However, they will be quiet for the rest of the night. Getting food is difficult. There is a coffee shop in the same building, but they don't serve food. 100m away there is a small takeaway eating place with cheap junk food. But there is no menu and they don't speak English well, so you just have to communicate with body language and hope they give you what you prefer. There is also a shop with snacks available there. No prices are displayed though. The staff will help you order takeaway, but a meal that makes you full costs around 6 JD, so be prepared. Expect imperfections in your room such as weak air condition, showering water that only gets a little warm, leaking toilet, weak flushing, and a bit of uncleaniness The beds are a bit hard, and the pillows are too big There is not really anything to see in the nearby area The light on the ceiling that illuminates the room shines very bright and white light that is kinda depressing at night

We enjoyed our stay in Amman and 3-4 days is enough to spend time there to visit modern shopping malls, traditional Downtown and the museums. At restaurants and in general people are helpful and the food is great.

Very convenient place to stay on arrival or when you have an early departure from Amman QA Airport. The shuttle service is well organized, even in the middle of the night. Room is spacious, so are the beds, and clean. Bathroom convenient, water, tea and coffee available for free. Airco works well, and keeps noise of airport and highway out. They brought us to the car rental too, all for free. There is nothing in the neighbourhood, so really a place to spend the night. Value for money!

The Hilton Amman is more than 5⭐ due to: 1.All the staff are very warm welcoming the guests providing excellent services throughout the hotel. 2. The hotel is impeccably clean, reception, the broad loopy, halls, corridors, rooms and restaurants. 3. The high quality of the food, (Items, dishes, locally and internationally) entertainment, and guest services are outstanding. 4. The room rate offers fair value for the quality of the products and services provided. 5. All the staff and employees are Exceptional with no exception But I must mention Ruba and Kim for their out standing performance. Many thanks to all the hotel staff for the enjoyable time we had at the hotel.
