The location was great, close to the Citadelle and Centre where we ate at some restaurants that were recommended by the hotel staff. The breakfast was good, typical Jordanian food plus omelets and pancakes. The staff were amazing, always ahead of what you may need and providing information on activities and places to visit. The bed was fantastic!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Boulevard Arjaan by Rotana during a trip to Jordan for my SO's birthday. Firstly, the hotel's location deserves mention. Situated in the centre of Boulevard, it provided easy access to the surrounding attractions and amenities, proving highly convenient during our stay. Being able to navigate the city with ease added significant value to our overall experience. Moreover, the hotel rooms were impressive in terms of space and comfort. The ample room size offered a sense of relaxation and freedom that greatly contributed to the quality of our stay. It is clear that the design and layout of the rooms have been thoughtfully planned with the guest's comfort in mind. However, what distinguished my stay at The Boulevard Arjaan by Rotana was the staff's noteworthy attention to detail. On the occasion of SO's birthday, they prepared a special birthday room, a gesture that was both unexpected and highly appreciated. This personal touch demonstrated a level of customer service that goes above and beyond what is typically expected. From the strategic location to the spacious rooms and remarkable customer service, the hotel exceeded my expectations. I look forward to future stays and highly recommend it to other Turkish travelers.

We enjoyed our stay in Amman and 3-4 days is enough to spend time there to visit modern shopping malls, traditional Downtown and the museums. At restaurants and in general people are helpful and the food is great.

Booking.com mistakenly listed our reservation for one adult instead of two, leading the hotel to unfairly charge us extra, despite the room being priced for two people. On top of that, the hotel provided no basic amenities like towels or extra bathrobes, making it the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Both good things and bad things to say: Good: Beautiful view Curious and friendly locals Good privacy Elevator Staff will arrange cheap airport-transport for you Bad: Terrible wifi that barely worked. Don't book this hotel if you need to do work online, unless you have a sim card from which you can hotspot yourself. Almost nobody around speaks English well, so communicating can be a big struggle Expect to be woken up by a prayer from the Mosque next door at 6 AM. However, they will be quiet for the rest of the night. Getting food is difficult. There is a coffee shop in the same building, but they don't serve food. 100m away there is a small takeaway eating place with cheap junk food. But there is no menu and they don't speak English well, so you just have to communicate with body language and hope they give you what you prefer. There is also a shop with snacks available there. No prices are displayed though. The staff will help you order takeaway, but a meal that makes you full costs around 6 JD, so be prepared. Expect imperfections in your room such as weak air condition, showering water that only gets a little warm, leaking toilet, weak flushing, and a bit of uncleaniness The beds are a bit hard, and the pillows are too big There is not really anything to see in the nearby area The light on the ceiling that illuminates the room shines very bright and white light that is kinda depressing at night

The Hilton Amman is more than 5⭐ due to: 1.All the staff are very warm welcoming the guests providing excellent services throughout the hotel. 2. The hotel is impeccably clean, reception, the broad loopy, halls, corridors, rooms and restaurants. 3. The high quality of the food, (Items, dishes, locally and internationally) entertainment, and guest services are outstanding. 4. The room rate offers fair value for the quality of the products and services provided. 5. All the staff and employees are Exceptional with no exception But I must mention Ruba and Kim for their out standing performance. Many thanks to all the hotel staff for the enjoyable time we had at the hotel.

Very convenient place to stay on arrival or when you have an early departure from Amman QA Airport. The shuttle service is well organized, even in the middle of the night. Room is spacious, so are the beds, and clean. Bathroom convenient, water, tea and coffee available for free. Airco works well, and keeps noise of airport and highway out. They brought us to the car rental too, all for free. There is nothing in the neighbourhood, so really a place to spend the night. Value for money!

Go when weather is not forecast rain - it was pretty cold and miserable when it did rain - but it was only on 1 day and it was Mid November. The cultural sights are worth seeing - but we didn't get chance to go to Wadi Rum - which is a good one we heard. I would've loved to have seen Aqaba as well, (they should make that a Jordanese Sharm el Sheik). Flights are cheap enough - even Wizz Air was OK... Hotels - you can get decent priced ones - but recommend pick a location where there are pleanty of shops and restaurants etc. Taxis are fairly cheap - too Airport to Northern Amman 27 JOD (about £29.60). Oh - and dont think you're gonna lose weight - the food is amazing and they like their desserts - far too tempting!
