The hotel’s location is very good, it's right in Downtown, so normally, there are a lot of shops and places to eat. We were there in Ramadan, so they were all closed, but there is still a restaurant called Jafra where you can eat during Ramadan. The hotel is only 15 minutes walking from the Rainbow Street and 20 minutes walking from the Citadel. We lived on the 5th floor on the side that was far from the mosque, so it was quiet. The room was clean and was cleaned every day. There are towels that are changed every day, and shower gel and shampoo. Beds are comfy. The personnel are very friendly and willing to help. Also, they sell a great hand cream for a good price. Breakfast was good. We especially liked the pancakes; they were delicious. You eat at the terraces, and it's nice to eat with the view!

Our stay at Le Royal Hotel and Resort Amman was exceptional. Here are some highlights from our experience: The internet speed was around 7-11 Mbps, which was sufficient for our needs. The hotel is impeccably clean. As a family, we took two connected rooms, and it was very relaxing. The staff were very welcoming upon our arrival, making us feel at home right away. The panoramic views from the windows are breathtaking, adding a special touch to our stay. The swimming pools are fantastic, with three options: two indoor pools with sweet water, one with 5% salty water, and an outdoor pool. The Jacuzzi, steam, and sauna facilities were excellent. The gym is well-equipped and provided a great workout experience. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I especially want to comment on the breakfast experience at Le Royal. Enjoying the delightful music of Fairuz in the spacious and elegant restaurant added a magical touch to our mornings. The acoustics of the hall beautifully amplified the melodies, creating an enchanting ambiance. Special thanks to the restaurant manager Mohammad Salah and chef Maher for their delicious cooking and outstanding hospitality. We also had a wonderful time at Chesters, the restaurant on the 10th floor. It offers a stunning view of the city of Amman, especially at night. The food was delicious, and the staff were professional and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Overall, Le Royal Hotel and Resort Amman provided a memorable and pleasant stay. Thank you for the incredible hospitality!

I’m a very detail-oriented person, and from the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was impressed. At the reception, I met a gentleman named Ehab who took my comments seriously and provided me with the perfect suite. He even took out a map to explain the city to me and made sure the housekeeping team brought the right pillows to ensure my comfort. This level of care and professionalism made it clear to me that the hotel is managed with excellence and integrity. My stay was truly pleasant — the entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and responsive to any unexpected needs a guest might have. I thank them all from the heart. I spent 3 nights in this hotel with my son. It is located on top of a mountain with a beautiful view of the city and the surrounding area, if you are planning to explore Amman and the surrounding area, it is a great base. The hotel rooms are large and well equipped. The manager deserves a special mention - he is very caring, helpful and offers advice. twice we left the hotel before breakfast asking to open the gate earlier around 7 am, we were surprised that breakfast was brought to our room in the evening before the planned departure. And that price!!! I recommend this place. Peter

I love Rotana ♥️ it was the third time in Rotana hotel . And I muss tell you it was AMAZING. Beautiful hotel . We had the room in 41 floor with amazing view . The food was great . ( Italian Restoran and buffet was the best ) . Room service very good . You don’t need to wait long . The pool amazing. Hotel is very very clean . Booking.com mistakenly listed our reservation for one adult instead of two, leading the hotel to unfairly charge us extra, despite the room being priced for two people. On top of that, the hotel provided no basic amenities like towels or extra bathrobes, making it the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Both good things and bad things to say: Good: Beautiful view Curious and friendly locals Good privacy Elevator Staff will arrange cheap airport-transport for you Bad: Terrible wifi that barely worked. Don't book this hotel if you need to do work online, unless you have a sim card from which you can hotspot yourself. Almost nobody around speaks English well, so communicating can be a big struggle Expect to be woken up by a prayer from the Mosque next door at 6 AM. However, they will be quiet for the rest of the night. Getting food is difficult. There is a coffee shop in the same building, but they don't serve food. 100m away there is a small takeaway eating place with cheap junk food. But there is no menu and they don't speak English well, so you just have to communicate with body language and hope they give you what you prefer. There is also a shop with snacks available there. No prices are displayed though. The staff will help you order takeaway, but a meal that makes you full costs around 6 JD, so be prepared. Expect imperfections in your room such as weak air condition, showering water that only gets a little warm, leaking toilet, weak flushing, and a bit of uncleaniness The beds are a bit hard, and the pillows are too big There is not really anything to see in the nearby area The light on the ceiling that illuminates the room shines very bright and white light that is kinda depressing at night

Very convenient place to stay on arrival or when you have an early departure from Amman QA Airport. The shuttle service is well organized, even in the middle of the night. Room is spacious, so are the beds, and clean. Bathroom convenient, water, tea and coffee available for free. Airco works well, and keeps noise of airport and highway out. They brought us to the car rental too, all for free. There is nothing in the neighbourhood, so really a place to spend the night. Value for money!

Amman is truly one of the best cities we have ever visited.

Amman is truly one of the best cities we have ever visited. We were absolutely stunned by the beautiful views, especially from the hills overlooking the city, which create a unique and unforgettable skyline both day and night. The blend of rich history and modern life is remarkable—from ancient sites like the Citadel and Roman Theatre to the vibrant streets filled with cafés and culture. The hospitality we experienced was exceptional. Everyone we met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The food scene is another highlight, with incredible local dishes and desserts that added so much to the experience. Amman has a special charm that combines history, culture, scenery, and hospitality in a way that’s hard to match. It’s a city we would definitely return to and highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and enriching travel experience.
