I use Four Points about three times a year. It is absolutely the only location for me as I always do the same thing. I get in late after two flights from the USA via Amsterdam and I always book an 8 AM flight to Kisumu to be with my family as soon as I can. I have tried the other airport hotels but none compare with Four Points. There is always a sign with my name on it and I am immediately taken to the hotel. I asked for ice to ice my recently operated on knee surgery and it was terrific. Room service is quick and reliable. Thanks, Four Points. See you next time!

I liked the smart apartment, fast wifi, clean and secure environment around which gves you peace of mind during your stay, close proximity to all amenities, i.e shopping mall, hospitals, restaurants, airport, Narobi game park, etc. The only advise is to travel before peak hour as the traffic will be slow.

The city itself is very young, so there is nothing to see actually, buildings are growing without any reasonable concept. Traffic is very busy and express way is tolled, which doesnt make sense to me, but its not just Nairobi having it like that. But there is some very nice nature outside the city and you can reach it quiet fast. Nairobi Safari is very nice and we have seen alot of animals there. Spend two ot three nights there, its enough to see almost everything.

Nice hotel, good location as you can easily move around the city, and it’s in a secure environment too, the staff here are welcoming, breakfast was good, room is as seen on booking.com. Overall, my stay was good and will definitely be using them again if I come back to this city.. good value for money 👍

I was overcharged extra money [Ref:AB22D31B0F23: Dear , MPESA Paybill transfer of KES 5592 to NCBA Paybill Account-488488 and account 3227370026 was successful.MPESA Ref:RLM0WDR2KG.Price was hiked immediately we arrived at the facility.
The duvets had human discharge.Dirty stain .
Am sorry I can't recommend anyone for this kind customer mismanagement entity.
Booked one bed room house bt got a airbnb, this was just a surprise to me.

Syokimau is a great place to stay, especially for families who have kids, there's easy access to almost everything, supermarkets minimarkets, hospital and clinics, petrol station, everything needed for household can be gotten around.
Just that the road (KAtani road) was very busy when I stayed because another road was being fixed so everyone had to use Katani road.

Unfortunately on my arrival from Mombasa by Bus to Nairobi after I got my bag and started to walk away from the very congested street I was pick poketted and my cell phone was gone in 3 minutes walking !
It was a nightmare to do any thing without our phones.
The following day I bought a new phone but I could not sign into my Google account since I could not receive SMS for secondary verification CODE, I was planning to spent at least one month in Kenya but not having access to my Bank accounts and contacts I got help from the canadian consulate and returned to Canada on the 14 jan 2026.
Very very poor country and lots of homeless people and hungry in the streets asking for money and none africans visitors were charged many time more for every entrance fee to the parks and terrible roads / sidewalks, ......

The place is spotless and neat.
The place is spotless and neat. It has fast WiFi and a nice desk to work. Also comes with smart tv with Netflix and the bathroom is excellent and modern. The place is surrounded with a beautiful well kept garden creating a serene environment. It is close to all amenities I.e Gateway mall, hospitals, night clubs, JKIA International airport and is even close to Nairobi national park. It also comes with a well kitted kitchenette with microwave & fridge. Home away from home. Fantastic room accessible via elevator with 24/7 security for your peace of mind.

Great city with lots to see and do...Lovely people with a great cultural pride.
Trips to the tea plantations and Amboseli for safari are a must. Also exploring the local transport scene is worth checking out...the " vibe" buses are awesome.
