Reception and driver were very prompt and helpful. Shuttle to airport was just a few minutes, perfect for catching your flight. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious.

Apart from excellent rooms very good breakfast the view from floor 32 was stunning The view fro our room really good blackout the same. Geting used to the light setting took somrtime The staff out front at reception and otherwise left nothing to be desired. Our stay was wonderful in Park Hyatt

Room was amazing - upgraded us to sea view with balcony and it was beautiful. Beds amazingly comfortable, Facilities brilliant.

This place was the best of my stays in South Korea. If I was ever in Busan Again I would stay here over and over again. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was the best part about this place tbh. 100/10 would book again.

The location and the staff we fantastic!

The staffs are friendly and we arrive early and they let us checked in earlier.

It was very clean, quiet and nice place with a minimalistic design. There are all the necessary amendments and even a body moisturizer in the dressing room :)

Room sizes were bigger than expected! The staff were lovely and amenities were great. If you know how to get aroun busan and arent afraid of a bit linger travel in to the city centre this is a suer comfortable place to stay

The room was spacious, stylish and clean. The facilities were very good and cleaned regularly, and complementary supplies were provided. The staff in particular were exceptional — the receptionist was incredibly kind, talented, and helpful, even fixing my glasses for me when they suddenly broke one night. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Customer service was helpful and adorable! The bed is super comfy. It was like i was sleeping on clouds! The shower is very clean - shower pressure was really good! Location was walking distance to shopping malls and a variety of restaurants but most of all it was close to the airport.

The hotel is close to the airport and still in a district where you will find restaurants etc to eat out. Rooms are spacious and feel luxurious, and the staff is friendly. 5pm for check-in is a bit later than usual, but you can store your luggage, so this is not a problem.

Location - close to subway - wasy walk. Parking underneath. Lots of food outlets including Bakeries.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and good price and location to get to the airport in the morning. The bath was a good size and so was the bed. Extra water in the room. Staff also kind and spoke good English, which was a nice surprise!
