It is only a few minutes' walk to a supermarket and restaurants. The town centre is also within walking distance. We were very impressed by the hospitality of the whole family. Utirus and Sherice gave us such a friendly welcome as if we had known each other for a long time. Their two children also greeted and entertained us with a cheerful naturalness. We felt welcome in the truest sense of the word. We are both around 70 years old and have been travelling individually for years, changing accommodation every few days. Meeting this family and the two nights we spent at their apartment were among the highlights of our trip through the Antilles this year.

The apt was clean and well appointed, though a little dated. The host was friendly and helpful and readily available for key pick up and drop off. For some, the neighbourhood might first appear a little rough and ready but we had nothing but pleasant interactions with our " neighbours". We were not out very late at night though. We quite enjoyed our stay at Aaron's house.
