breakfast is OK, but location is very good near Light Rail Station. MGM and Londoner are nearby. It's very convenient to access to ferry terminal and airport by LR train.

Love the Versace property and the rest of the surrounding properties, very well built and designed. The staff were all amazing and friendly......definitely will be going back for another visit!!

The opulence of the whole place was stunning. Your wonderful staff at Guest Services and at the Residence restaurant were all so sincere and helpful. They have to tolerate the rudeness of some of the Chinese guests from Mainland China who were unappreciative and rough on them. Housekeeping staff were also very helpful and efficient. They served from the heart with a genuine smile. Well done!

We were upgraded to a suite, and it was absolutely amazing, I was travelling with my brother who is the GM of a five-star property in Thailand and has been in the Hotel industry for nearly 40 years and he was impressed saying it was definitely one of the best Hotels he has stayed in (and he has stayed in many all around the world).

The location was very good, everything that was needed in Macau was close. The hotel was clean and the staff was very professional and helpful.

The package is good. Room is a surprise.

Didn't spend much time there, but it met all my needs.

Nice breakfast buffet with some choices of food items and quite good taste. Sufficient food and clean hygiene for dining. Just the location of hotel is not so convenient.

The design of the property was sophisticated. All staffs are super helpful especially the housekeeping team and the FO team when they get to know about my missing passport incident.

The staff was extremely helpful and happy to do so. They could also communicate in English efficiently. The facilities was large, clean and aesthetic. The pool had washrooms that includes saunas, hot tubs, showers, toilets and an area to get ready (which was stocked with utilities). The rooms was also extremely spacious with a city view. Overall, it’s worth staying at for the relaxing sensations and high end treatment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Macau with my friends for 2 nights, and we were thoroughly impressed! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was also great, allowing us to explore the city with ease. Everything is perfect. It is reachable with shuttle bus. There are lots of foods option at broadway street. It is affordable and get discount if you show hotel key.
