We had breakfast included, delicious, you can make your own waffles, they have eggs and quesadillas ☺️ We stayed there almost all day as our plane was at 22:30, is it very comfortable. The staff is very friendly.

Boasting a shared lounge and views of quiet street, 1st Luxury Warehouse is a recently renovated apartment situated in Cancún, 16 km from Cancun Government Palace. I really love it. This is the second time we stay here for just a night either arriving on a late flight or flying home early in the am. We have done just this at a dozen airport hotels in Cancun and this is by far the best. The quietest, most comfortable and most convenient location. It’s literally a warehouse in a secure parking so we even leave suitcases in the car w no issues. I really like the big bedroom w two beds that we can push together. Staff is friendly and helpful.
