Set in over 100 acres of landscaped gardens within Chichen Itza Archaeological Park. It features 3 outdoor pools and typical Mayan-style bungalows. Wonderfully relaxed place. The rooms I had was a spacious bungalow with a thatched roof right next to one of the pools. Shaded by giant trees and bamboo. Birds, iguanas and gekos. Dinner and breakfast were good. Staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. It’s vary close the Chichen Itza site.

This luxury hotel offers spacious accommodation, nestled in the incredible Chichen Itza archaeological site. It is surrounded by a lush natural environment filled with exotic wildlife. The whole property was lovely, decorations exceptional. Although we didn't use the pool it looked very clean and inviting. The restaurant was centrally located next to the pool and inside the courtyard and the food was excellent. Location very close to Chichen Itza and the hotel arranged for a guide so we were able to bypass the entry lines. The room, though small, was adequate with two beds and a good bathroom. The bathroom had a shower chair and grab bars which is great as I am handicapped. Also the hotel had ramps everywhere so I could get around easily.

This resort is located within the Mayan city of Chichen Itza, which can be reached through the property's private entrance. Gorgeous historic hacienda set in beautiful tropical gardens, surrounded by pools, fountains and birds. An exceptional location close to the ruins (although not accessible from the hotel any more.) Staff were friendly and efficient, if a little overwhelmed in the restaurant at times. Room staff made efforts to present an exceptional impression, gathering flowers from the garden to decorate the room very artistically. Beautiful pool setting and immaculate garden maintenance. A room safe and fridge was good. NO TVs was really good.

We had a house with kitchen and garden and two bathrooms plus additional toilet at our disposal and were very happy with our stay. Private parking and a quiet neighbourhood. It was the perfect place for us - we could prepare our own breakfast and dinner after a long day out. We loved it and would go back any time.
