This bungalow complex is a 5-minute drive from the Chichen Itza Ruins. It features 2 outdoor pools and is 10 minutes’ walk from Ik Kil Cenote, a sacred natural pool with waterfalls. The value and location of this stay is perfect. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had comfortable beds and even WiFi and television. We had included breakfast that was perfect. The coco bread is amazing. We also had dinner on the property and it was prepared quickly and was very tasty. Breakfast is scheduled in perfect time to eat before the short 5 minute drive to Chichen Itza. This stay perfectly met our needs.

Set in over 100 acres of landscaped gardens within Chichen Itza Archaeological Park. It features 3 outdoor pools and typical Mayan-style bungalows. Wonderfully relaxed place. The rooms I had was a spacious bungalow with a thatched roof right next to one of the pools. Shaded by giant trees and bamboo. Birds, iguanas and gekos. Dinner and breakfast were good. Staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. It’s vary close the Chichen Itza site.

Very nice house, very close to Chichen Itza. Instructions were clear. Checkout was at noon, so we visited the site at 8 am (be there early!), and afterwards, we could use the facilities until noon. Rooms were clean, and the toilet at the small garden was cool :). Kitchen well stocked, maybe the best in Mexico we encountered.
