He was super communicative before and during our stay, and was there to greet us when we arrived. The bungalow is located in the jungle, surrounded by beautiful trees, plants and birds. There isn't a better location if you want to be in close proximity of Chichén Itzá! The bungalow was stocked with everything we needed upon arrival. Luis is an incredibly generous and thoughtful host: he offered my partner and I fresh squeezed juice upon our arrival, and tea before bed. He was super accommodating to diet restrictions (1 of us is vegetarian), and in the morning he had a delicious breakfast spread waiting for us. (He even sent us on our way with leftovers!!) Luis is super knowledgeable about the area, and he provided us with so much helpful guidance about getting to the nearby attractions. We loved our visit so much and highly recommend staying here. Set in over 100 acres of landscaped gardens within Chichen Itza Archaeological Park. It features 3 outdoor pools and typical Mayan-style bungalows. Wonderfully relaxed place. The rooms I had was a spacious bungalow with a thatched roof right next to one of the pools. Shaded by giant trees and bamboo. Birds, iguanas and gekos. Dinner and breakfast were good. Staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. It’s vary close the Chichen Itza site.

We loved this place the atmosphere is so calm and special. Excellent beds and showers. The pool is amazing. We ate an excellent breakfast for 200 pesos. Definitely the place to be if you are in Chichen Itza area.

Fantastic secluded locale minutes away from Chichén Itzá and the Ik Kil cenote; the hacienda style lodging offers individualized personal space away from other clients. The pool is an excellent amenity that is open late into the evening that allows for a dark evening swim under the palm trees and the stars. Service staff is friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The hotel cuisine is top notch with a solid quality/quantity/price ratio. Highly recommended if a visit to Chichén Itzá on your own time and dime is in your plans.

It was the perfect place for us - we could prepare our own breakfast and dinner after a long day out. We loved it and would go back any time.
