Located 500 metres from Playa del Carmen Beach and 400 metres from ADO International Bus Station in the centre of Playa del Carmen, Spacious Studio, incredible rooftop with sea view provides... We absolutely loved our time here! Remo was the perfect host—welcoming, helpful, and always available. He greeted us upon arrival and even guided us to our parking spot in the secure garage, which is a great feature of the apartment. The building itself is new, well-maintained, and cleaned multiple times a day. The apartment was spacious, modern, and equipped with all the appliances we needed. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and well-organized. The balcony was a great addition, especially with the provided drying rack for clothes. Although room cleaning was available at an extra cost, we didn’t feel the need for it. Remo went above and beyond by providing us with excellent recommendations for dining, beaches, and sightseeing, as well as practical tips like where to do laundry. The free purified water was a nice touch. One of the highlights was the rooftop—it features a beautiful pool, a great lounging area, and the perfect spot to enjoy a drink and relax. The location was ideal for us: within walking distance to several beaches, great restaurants, and 5th Avenue. It was close enough to all the action but far enough away for peaceful, quiet nights. The apartment is also well soundproofed, so we slept wonderfully. Another pleasant surprise was the shower—hot water was almost instant, which is rare in Mexico. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

Condo was awesome, safe, security 24 hrs, quiet, rooftop pool and hot tub, awesome!!
