Michelle is an exceptional host and the property is very spacious with every possible thing a guest would need being available, especially in terms of the kitchen and appliances, cutlery & crockery. A lot of unique touches make one's stay very comfortable - like providing laundry detergent and fabric softener, which most places don't provide, even though they offer a washing machine. It really is impractical for a traveler to be expected to have to go out and purchase laundry detergent for one or at most two loads of laundry, because it is often sold in 2kg or bigger packs....So what does one do with the leftovers?? So this was a pleasant thing to have included / available for my stay.

With its 18-hole golf course and casino, this hotel offers luxurious accommodations with free Wi-Fi, 3 km from Eros Airport. There is a pool and river to enjoy a swim. Great location for our first night a Windhoek. Quiet and comfortable rooms, secure parking, and very good breakfast.

Joas Sanctuary was one of the most beautiful B&B's I've stayed in in Windhoek. The facilities are all modern, accessible and tailored to the specific needs of the guests. The owner and employees were extremely helpful and friendly and made this serene space even more "homey". Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The personal touch and care that was put into the place is absolutely phenomenal. I can honestly say that the hosts did not just equip this place as a rental property, but clearly took the time and expense to ensure that it is equipped as they would like their home to be. The most homely feel I have had at a self catering facility I have ever had.......
