The location is excellent. The apartments are located about 7Km from CBD in a nice and quite environment with lots of fresh air. The staff were also very friendly and helpful e.g we got stuck on finding the location because we didn't have internet and they followed us all the way to come and get us as opposed to walking us through the directions 😃. Exceptional customer service.

The hospitality was excellent. The guesthouse owners treated me and the other guests like family. There was a great bar that also served food. The guesthouse is located in Katima - a central location for exploring this part of Namibia.

I stayed for three nights. It was very comfortable and super clean. The bed was fantastic. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Friendly and helpful owners. The area is nice, and I like walking, but a tad far from the center.

Miláns is an oasis in Katima Molilo ! From the moment you enter the gates, you can tell this is a special property where lots of care and attention has been given. The gardens are stunning and the rooms as super comfortable with quality fixtures and fittings. Stefan provided a delicious dinner at short notice and the food was delicious and well presented. We could not find fault with anything and would highly recommend !

Unlike the arid landscapes of Windhoek or the coastal dunes...
Unlike the arid landscapes of Windhoek or the coastal dunes of Walvis Bay, Katima Mulilo is a tropical, riverine wonderland. Hugging the southern banks of the mighty Zambezi River, the town is surrounded by lush green vegetation, massive baobab trees, and rich wetlands.
The Vibe: It is a bustling, energetic border town with a distinctly authentic African market vibe. It serves as a major commercial crossroads linking Namibia to Zambia, Botswana, and Zimbabwe via the Trans-Caprivi Highway.

Magnificent place. Lot of things to see in town.
Magnificent place. Lot of things to see in town. People are very friendly and helpful. Wish to visit again but you need your own car to move around. For westerners everything is available but still one sees real Africa.
