Located in Pokhara, 3 miles from Pokhara Lakeside, Hotel Task International has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. I booked this hotel last minute after my flight from Pokhara was cancelled, and I was very pleasantly surprised. My room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the staff went out of their way to help—organising an early breakfast and making sure everything ran smoothly. Watching the sunrise from the rooftop terrace was an unexpected highlight. I also used the airport shuttle in the morning, which was efficient and hassle-free. Overall, the hotel offers exceptional value for money and warm, attentive service.

Resting on a small hillock in the sleepy village of Phedi Patan, SUNSHINE RESORT, truly a wellness & stylishly boutique property, offers all rooms with a panoramic 360 degrees view of the Annapurna... We love everything about Sunshine Resort. Due to the low season, we were the only guests there for a 2 night stay. We were pampered by the staff. Our needs were all well taken care of and we didn't leave the Resort at all. The breakfast was generous and the food was delicious! We swam and relaxed in the pool facing the Himalayan mountains! The spectacular views were breathtaking, especially when the clouds cleared up and could see the peak of Fishtail and the glaciers on Annapurna mountains. There is a small trail that leads to a river and hanging bridge. A very therapeutic walk. We definitely would love to come back again. I highly recommend this resort for the views and relaxation. Thank you Mr Kiran and his team for making our stay a memorable one.

Pokhara is a beautiful place and though it is a stop for many trekkers who are going for different treks, the city has alot to offer. The Phewa lake boat ride, the Basundhara park, the Gurkha memorial museum and the marketplace are some fun things to do when in Pokhara. I highly recommend exploring the lakeside and consider the city more than just a pit-stop for the different treks.
Pokhara was nice and touristy, it had a lot of shops and restaurants and everything was a walking distance in the lakeside area. For souvenirs and purchases, it is considered a bit more expensive than Kathmandu. I loved the city, except for its bad weather that really affected my lungs (a lot of pollution/haze/ fire smoke) which affected my health a little.
Few places are good but in summer never recommend to anyone for Pokhra . Perfect season for travelling is before March & after October. Temperature in June is around 35-38 degrees which is not good for travelling.
A Refreshing Stop in Pokhara – Great Weather & Scenery We visited Pokhara before and after our hiking trip to Mardi Himal Base Camp. It's a beautiful, peaceful city with pleasant weather and stunning natural surroundings. We explored the lake area and nearby spots – truly relaxing. The airport was very clean and convenient, making travel smooth. A perfect stopover for trekkers and nature lovers!
Pokhara is a beautiful city with tourist attractions. It was a difficult road journey in a Luxury Coach journey from Kathamandu which took 11 hours to travel 200km due to extremely poor road conditions and traffic jams. Nepal Government must improve the infrastructure and to have reliable airlines with good safety records to attract more tourists to help its economy as well.
Phewa Lake and its surroundings feels authentic full of different city's flavors Weather is tricky during rainy season Definitely needs to stay there at least for three days to see major Buddhist landmarks I ate on the local streets - both restaurant and street food Expensive plane from KTM or 6-9 hour bus from Kathmandu
