Easy to find and run by a wonderful manager - Mihi. Nothing was too much trouble and she made us feel very welcome. There were secure facilities for our car and bikes (we were doing the Twin Coast Cycle trail).

Lovely quiet rural location with great views of Lake Ōmāpere and well located for the Twin Coasts cycle trail. Jeanette is an excellent host who has built a beautiful apartment in a garden setting. She also cooked us a great dinner.

Kūkū Kabin - Waimate North Eco Holiday Cabin, a property with a garden, is situated in Kerikeri, 17 km from Haruru Falls, 22 km from Kemp House and Stone Store, as well as 24 km from Paihia Harbour. Geoff and Carol were wonderful hosts and we felt very welcome into their beautiful cabin. A well thought out space and a amazing outlook over the valley. We used the place for a couple of days to explore the north. Thank you 🌷🌷

The beauty and interior of whare....it had everything we needed, and a bonus was the washing machine....the wecoming touch was milk and water in fridge, the lawns and trees were beautiful. Large area with a great outdoors space. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting the bay of islands, which was one of my favorite places in New Zealand. We had one room with a lot of area, and another with very little area, so that was interesting.
