Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Shearer's Quarters is situated in Rotorua. The property features lake and garden views, and is 9.4 km from Tikitere - Hell's Gate Thermal Park. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Shearer’s Quarters. The apartment is in a peaceful rural setting that’s a short drive into town. It’s the perfect get-away for people who like a calm, quiet and comfortable place to rest. The studio is modern, spotless and open concept, with a fully functioning large kitchen and large bathroom. The kitchen pantry is stocked with essential items like salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, pancake mix, etc. There is a dishwasher, microwave, stove top, toaster, full size fridge, freezer, cooking utensils, and best of all, a washing machine. We also appreciated the air conditioning on the warm day we arrived. There is a huge balcony out front, where you have a lovely view of the lake. We really felt pampered in this beautiful apartment, and wish we could have stayed longer. On the day of arrival, Deb let us know when the room was ready (which was before check-in time), and on our departure day, Deb let us stay a few hours longer as our flight was cancelled and we needed time to deal with the airlines. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!
