Terra Premium appeared to be a new hotel. It is located about 10 minutes from the Central Park (Plaza de Armas).
There were only two drawbacks: the bathroom and shower area were small (my husband is 6ft+) and there was no fan (the weather was warm and the room got a little stuffy. We opened the window, but that allowed all the traffic noise in!)
The staff was wonderful and the service great.

Exceptionally caring staff who took great care of my individual needs and gave great recommendations for the town. The owner went above in beyond in making sure my ride to my next destination was safe in the collective taxi and they just were great people running the hotel.

The staff were kind and helped answer questions I had about how to get around. They let me leave my bag for an overnight hike I did. Surprised by the mediocre reviews. It's not a five star hotel, but was a great value.

Very clean and nice rooms with a great price! + hot shower, good wifi and the chance to buy water and other drinks, small snacks, and hygiene products from the entry. I also felt very safe there!
