I had a comfortable stay at Troy Lodge, which was clean, convenient, and consistent with the description! The owner was very kind and helpful, and when there was a problem with the drinking water dispenser, she fixed it and provided me with bottled water. Would recommend! :)

They gave us free rides to the airport which though just near, a big help when it rains. They offer small snacks too on the common table. We feel at home.

Service and hospitality is top-notch! The host, Sir Bert, is very welcoming, kind, and accommodating. Location is good, being 5mins from the airport, and is a short walk from the capitol / town plaza / eateries. We enjoyed exploring the town proper after our tours. (Bing-a-Bong is a 24/7 convenience store you can go to). Room and hometel is clean and well-kept. You have to bring your own toiletries. Breakfast is served promptly at your chosen time. Booked our tours with them as well, and it was all good! Sir Manny was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining. Sir Vic was our tour driver and he was very friendly as well and even came with us to hike a sidetrip. Our tour van was kept clean everyday. Airport transfers were on time too. Thank you Sir Bert! Definitely recommend this hometel that made us feel like Batanes is home ❤️⛰️

Our stay was comfortable and so homey. The place is clean and has good ventilation. You get to enjoy the air in the room, at the common area, or balcony. The couple who run the place are very hospitable and treat you like family. When we didnt take our free breakfast because of a very early tour, they turned it to lunch meal chicken afritada. It was so good! Prior to that, they handed us apples coz the shipment just arrived. We had it for snacks during our tour.
