The best airbnb in town! I’m a local so I won’t be biased, but it’s really the best.
The location is perfect, peaceful and remote. Far from the noise of the city. My partner and I loved the experience. Would rather book this than to go to a hotel.
They even have a washing machine and dryer! All the comforts of home and more! Would definitely book again and will surely recommend.

I had checked out and got a phone call from the hotel letting me know I had forgotten my shorts with a large amount of cash inside. Very honest staff that the owner should be very proud of!! Highly recommended!!

Nothing much but surfing. Some popular restaurants are hype.
Nothing much but surfing. Some popular restaurants are hype. The French bakery near the Surf area serves really really good breadz croissants, sourdough and other food. The burger place we went to is much much better than shake shack. The coffee place we tried serves much much better coffee than starbucks and zus.

Surigao is recovering from damage caused by typhoon Odette.
Surigao is recovering from damage caused by typhoon Odette. I suggest waiting a year or so before visiting here. It was rainy and windy during our visit so not fair to comment.
Did not feel safe to walk around at night. We observed many blatant drug users along the Seawall opposite our hotel.
