Location, cleanliness, and comfort, they have welcome drink coffee or juice and available all time, the staff are nice and friendly. The room it self its clean and bed is comfy. Some furniture is old and need enhancements. But overall i recommend since its near to al most everything and easy access to highway.
Room cleaning they will clean based on request.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the staff was extremely welcoming, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend it and would stay again! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The room featured elegant décor, comfortable bedding, and a beautiful view. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job every day. A truly five-star experience.

I chose this area purely to get a hotel closest to airport given transit. This area offered some budget hotels. I am sure there are busy and bustling areas here too, however, my hotel location limited exploring by foot in this area. Would recommend exploring other areas closer to the sea line for better experience

Dammam and Khobar are very beautiful cities with plenty to offer. Our stay was fantastic. We explored the Corniche, which offers stunning views of the Arabian Gulf, and enjoyed Arabic cuisine at restaurants like Al Romansiah. The Mall of Dhahran was amazing, offering a wide range of shopping and entertainment options.
We also visited the King Fahd Park, which is one of the largest parks in Saudi Arabia, and took a trip to Half Moon Bay, where the serene beaches were perfect for relaxation. The Heritage Village in Dammam gave us a glimpse into the rich history and culture of the region. For a bit of adventure, we visited Al Khobar’s Scitech Technology Center, which was both educational and entertaining.
Overall, the people of Dammam are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our visit even more enjoyable.

Everything is accessable restaurant, malls groceries, park. Try to visit Ramaniya Center there is Filipino products and restaurants. I went also to I love ❤️ Al Khobar the views is very relaxing you can do walking and jogging, you can also ride a bike. And put a cloth in the grass and do picnic. The beach also is so nice and the place is very clean and safe. Everything is in Khobar branded shoes, bags, perfumes and clothes. You can also ride a bus around Al Khobar for 3Sar only.

Peaceful, well maintained city. The traffic is very regularized. People drive with a sense of responsibility. Neat and clean all around. Just the water needs to be kept clean as the stagnant water gives out bad odour
